No refund for faulty ASICS shoes

I bought a pair of Gel Cumulus 26’s in December. I have make done 100km’s on the shoes. I use them for walking as I have foot issues and these are supportive. They were R4000.00 which is expensive for a pair of shoes. This brand has always been known for good shoes but I severely disagree. The bottom of the shoe is completely smooth leaving me with absolutely zero grip. I would understand if I was running long distances and had put many Km’s into these shoes but I have not and they have lasted less than a year.

I am disgusted in the service that I have received from their customer service line. You should want to uphold your name and help a customer out when they receive a faulty product.
