Families from au pair SA are ****s. They message me and ask to set up an interview, when I respond they completely ignore my messages. Recently a family had messages requesting an interview then for one month they didnt respond. Then another family had messaged me and again no response for 5 days.

I have found that they are extremely helpful and made sure to better on some of their previous shortcomings. Would definitely recommend them!

Au Pair sa post ads on gumtree on a daily base just to find 90% positions deactivated. Also no feedback from applications for positions requested interview s Also send marching families way out of your requirements.

Au Pair SA takes no responsibility for the actions of au pairs. No feedback to Au Pairs that do not pitch or string you along. They don’t respond to any emsils of complaint but vety quick to email when they demand money. Au pair candidates treat you like a Tinder profile to see how many likes they get and leave you in the lurch with interviews and job. Generation X have no concept of real family with real children and how their action impact on other people. Au Pair SA created a platform without taking any responsibility for the actions of users. They are unwilling to assist or to add a feedback system to rate employers/employees in terms of reliability, pitching for interviews and work.

Hi there I registered on this website last year sometime. I now paid the fees for premium membership - to have access to certain information on this site. It's been 2 days and I cannot use any functionalities, there is no contact number, I've logged 3 complaints but no response. I paid the fees as access to this information is extremely urgent for me, so I am very frustrated at this point. My emails and online requests go unanswered... But my payment was accepted very quickly. Please can someone assist or resolve. Thank you Nicolene
