Hi there I registered on this website last year sometime. I now paid the fees for premium membership - to have access to certain information on this site. It's been 2 days and I cannot use any functionalities, there is no contact number, I've logged 3 complaints but no response. I paid the fees as access to this information is extremely urgent for me, so I am very frustrated at this point. My emails and online requests go unanswered... But my payment was accepted very quickly. Please can someone assist or resolve. Thank you Nicolene
I have had endless problems with Cell C suspending my phone and when I make payment, it takes days, sometimes WEEKS for my phone to be connected again. This time it has been weeks and their call centre number has been out of service for about 5 days now. I cannot get through to them on any phone number - all I get are automated messages. I am beyond frustrated and fed-up. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE ASSIST ME?!
<p>I made an EFT payment on 20 Jule (for contract on my husband's name) and emailed proof as usual. My phone was promptly suspended and when i phoned to resolve this i was assisted after supplying his id no. I was simply asked to email proof of paýment again and my phone would have been switched on 2 hours later. Well, this didn't happen and it has now been a week. When i phone during the day they refuse to help me and when i phone in the evenings when my husband is with me to answer security questions i cannot get through - your helpline doesn't even ring.</p> <p>I am a bit fed up, can someone please help me to resolve this asap. </p>
<p>Good day</p> <p> </p> <p>After battling with your accounts department for 2 weeks (with at least 10 phone calls and about 6 emails back and forth), I finally received this email last Thursday. Believing that my payment of the 28th of April FINALLY reflected, we went to Makro on Sa****ay to shop, only to be told the payment was reversed… needless to say we were very angry but unable to do anything about it.</p> <p> </p> <p>This morning, I phoned Makro, and was told that the payment was indeed reversed but not by CRS Group of Makro, I must go to my bank and find out who reversed the payment and where it is (please note it is NOT in my account). I phone my bank and get told that the payment did go through and was not reversed – see bank statement attached.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am now at my wits end, please tell me who to speak to or what to do next.
