I have been unable to register the vehicle since last year. I have informed Liza Breda on several occasions regarding this matter; however, to date, no NATIS document has been received. Without the NATIS document, it is impossible to register the vehicle in the client’s name. Furthermore, the vehicle cannot undergo a roadworthy test without the registration being completed. This ongoing delay is causing significant inconvenience, and I request that the NATIS document be provided as a matter of urgency so that the registration process can be finalized. Please treat this matter as urgent and confirm when the outstanding documentation will be released.

The contact number is on the Internet but when you call to enquire about certain upcoming auctions your call is not answered Why run a business if you don't wish to entertain enquiries from your clients especially the cape town branch Mr Wessie Van der Westhuizen doesn't take calls

I was supposed to be refunded and amount of R7000 which is the bidding deposit between the 1st of April to the 10th according to there policy today is the 16th to no avail and on the 15th I went directly and spoke to a guy called Kenny and he told me it's sorted out my account will be credited within 24hrs when I try to reach him there is no response,a big company like that,which cannot honour its obligations and does not have integrity it's a no go area,the client service is bad and the promises are not kept
