Atlantic Auto Sales Kemptonpark Was not happy when I paid deposit though they turned the story to me . But after all got my Jimmy after a long struggle with these guys . They take their time and their management tends to be rude on calls. Late deliveries ,

They tried selling me a car that was involved in an accident and advertised it as a 2018 model car but it was actually a 2017 model car. The car was repaired but still damaged. Rust was all over the suspension. Would not trust this company.

Auto Atlantic tried to sell me a car that was in an accident. This only came to light after I insisted that they share the Dekra vehicle assessment results with me. They spray painted the bumper which was damaged in the accident and denied that it was in an accident, even though I asked. Beware!

Auto Atlantic ARC offers the most appalling customer service ever. Booked my vehicle for repairs on the 10th of August and up to so far no one cared to update me on the repair process. I don't know whether they started fixing the car or not. Sent an email and no one cared to respond, called the reception this morning and I was told that the manager will call me back.

I've been in the market for a 2nd hand vehicle for about a month now. I have contacted various dealerships and have interacted with a number of 2nd hand car salespeople. I had, by the far, the worst business experience of my life at Auto Atlantic at Century City. I contacted them about a Renault Duster 1.5 Dynamique 2020 model. I was told: LIE 1 - that the vehicle is undergoing its mechanical checks and I will be contacted as soon as that is completed. A couple of days later, I arrived at the dealership to test drive the vehicle. I was told: LIE 2 (different salesperson) it had just returned from its mechanical checks, but I was surprised to find that the interior and exterior of the car was dirty. I asked whether the vehicle has been in an accident and was told: LIE 3 - that it has not. I asked for the completed checklist and I was assured I will receive it after the weekend. On Monday, I was told that the car had in fact not been checked and there was no checklist. I was quite surprised, considering two people had assured me it has been done. They said the vehicle has since been checked into the Renault test center and that I will have the report shortly. I made an offer to purchase on the condition that the vehicle pass the 125 point check - considering the car is only a 1 year old, I was assured it would easily pass. 3 Days later and still no report. I got hold of the manager, told him about the false claims that the checks have been done and according him, it was an honest mistake - ironically enough. Also, it took them 3 days to make a payment for Renault to check the car, something that could have been done in 1 day. Apparently its a big company and it takes them long to make payments. I was contacted and told, very nonchalantly, that Renault picked up on the work that was done on the bumper, which Auto Atlantic was aware of, but I was not. Apparently it had a tiny sc**** on the bumper which was resprayed - no problem. They then emailed me the checklist in which it stated that the engine mounds did not pass the check and were damage. Something that could have only happened by the car undergoing substantial impact i.e. an accident. I am appalled by the level of blatant dishonesty and unethically business practices of this establishment and warn all other would-be buyers to steer clear.

I bought a car from Auto atlantic in Century city, the day i signed the deal i was told that there is nothing wrong with the car exceptfor the boot lid but that was fixed, i bought it as voetstoots meaning i had to register and roadworthy the car my self, when the car had to go through roadworthy it failed i went back to the dealership to enquire, they said that they were not aware of the steering rack noise and according to them there was nothing wrong with the car, i had endless problems registering the car on my name too they really gave me a **** deal.. between the Salesman and the manager the one tried covering up for the other. i will not recommend anyone to buy from them... I recently just contacted the previous owner who mentioned that they told Auto atlantic that the car had a steering rack noise and it was told to them that the car would be fixed before it was sold to someone else. REally, not even the seats were cleaned of the vehicle and they are supposed to be such a prestigious car dealership. Bad bad service stay away..
