I was expecting a delivery from G-Star to be delivered at my workplace today, but it seems as if it was given to a random person in our office park with more than 2000 employees. I called their contact centre and they're are as useless as their brainless driver.
They promise to deliver within 5 days but that's a lie. I placed an order on the 28th of October and till today I haven't received my package. Contacting their call center, sending emails or sending messages on their facebook page proved to be a waste of time as the bunch of useless individuals who are working for that k*k company don't care to assist.
Pathetic service, they claim to have a turn-around-time of 2-5 working days but that's a lie. They only hand the parcel to the courier after 5 working days.

I was expecting a delivery today but the driver didn't arrive nor call me but instead changed the delivery status to "Unsuccessful Delivery".
BMW SA sold me a software package called Connected Booster about a month ago and does not work at all. I have been calling their Connected Drive Contact center, been to the dealership 3 times already and it only works for few hours after leaving the dealership and then stops. I've been writing to BMW SA but they just ignore my emails. They do not care about customers at all.
Auto Atlantic ARC offers the most appalling customer service ever. Booked my vehicle for repairs on the 10th of August and up to so far no one cared to update me on the repair process. I don't know whether they started fixing the car or not. Sent an email and no one cared to respond, called the reception this morning and I was told that the manager will call me back.
I just want to express my gratitude to one of your Claims Administrators, Unathi Gobeni. Few months ago I wanted to leave King Price because of the appalling service but after my recent dealings with Unathi, I am happy to stay. Even though I am not happy with your turnaround time for approval of claims but she handled my claim in a professional manner.
I submitted a claim on the 7th of December, claim approved on the 9th but up to now haven't sent the approval letter to the repairer. Getting through the claims commander, Caroline Sharp is almost impossible- no answer on the phone and some emails are ignored.
