ABSOLUTE GARBAGE EXPERIENCE
Absolute Garbage Experience!!! Took my car in to have the front bumper repaired. When I got the car back for some reason my boots gas struts were broken. I dont know how this is possible so mess up my boot when you were supposed to work on the front bumper. They then advised me to come back so they can have a look at it. When I got there they then said they cant fix it and I must take it somewhere else. Car also took longer to fix than the quoted time NO ONE THERE IS ON THE SAME PAGE. Would not recommend them to anyone. STAY AWAY!!!

Absolute Garbage Experience!!! Took my car in to have the front bumper repaired. When I got the car back for some reason my boots gas struts were broken. Very very good experience with friendly people. People that came to replace windscreen very friendly and did it very quick and fast. Keep up the good work and staff of Autobody

DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CAR AT THIS PLACE - Auto Body Specialists/OUTSURANCE PREFERED
Worst experience of my life, weak communication with the Hyundai head office in terms of obtaining parts, car dropped of a week earlier, its been almost 2 months and I am still awaiting my Car, They will give you a date then on the date your told your car is not ready. Telling you that you are a priority and do nothing to show for it. Even when our livelihoods are being affected they have done nothing to soften the blow or show understanding My payment has been made early and my car is late!! While in occur charges daily.

******, they cut the inside part of my tires with stanley knife to trick me into buying new tires, two new run flat tires.

It took long between insurer and autobody
It took long between insurer and autobody. My car was there for full 4 months. Finally I got it back, it looks great except the missing part of my roller, now the roller door doesn't look good. The repair is excellent.

I received professional and prompt service from Auto Body Specialists who assisted me with fixing a very simple problem after I received a completely incorrect diagnosis from an official BMW dealership. My car is a pleasure to drive again. Super grateful to the team at ARC, keep up the great work.

First class service
I was a little concerned by some of the other reviews around this repair shop, but I was extremely impressed by their service throughout the process of having my car repaired. The regular updates via WhatsApp on how my car was progressing were first class. My car was completed ahead of schedule. And I was allowed to leave my hire car with them overnight when I collected my car. And my car seems as good as new. Really top notch service. Great job!!
