No stock for over 2 months
<p>Beware!! Do not pay up front for anything at this shop. About 70% of quoted amount was paid two months ago to replace my bumper. No follow up calls whatsoever. I constantly have to phone and email and beg for information and ask what is going on. When I call the shop the response I get is that I must just wait and there is nothing they can do! Unless I agree to pay extra for them to use another supplier. Disgraceful! </p>

They damaged my car and are not fixing it.
I took my car in for repairs. when i collected it, i walked around and noticed the rubber seal on both of my back windows had been torn to shreds but put back very neatly. i complained to the manager and he said he would repair it. i refused to take my car and leave until i had it in writing. the manager took my car keys from out of my hands and promptly drove my car into the workshop. i insisted that the owner sort the matter out. the owner would not come to the outlet and as i would not drive my vehicle off the premises until i had something in writing, i was obliged to wait a further hour for the owner to come to the branch. he was very rude and to cut a long story short, he said he would put secondhand rubber seals on my windows. his manager was to obtain the rubbers and to let me know. i have contacted them but they dont respond to me. the owner put it in writing that they will fix the rubbers. this i insisted he write on the invoice. he has stressed that i cannot obtain legal counsel. strange. if this is a company who does not respond - what assistance can i get form you. please help me. im a single mom and struggle. repairs were from another driving into me. her insurance pd

Hammy Goode steps in
After what initially started out as a disaster with Auto Detail, Hammy Goode stepped in and went the extra mile by sorting out all the problems I had encountered. My Jeep was given a free lube service as a goodwill gesture plus Hammy did a check over and advised me of two safety critical items that needed attention before I undertake my long road trip on Friday 18 December. I am grateful for the intervention of Hammy and for the advise given on the brakes and wiper blades. <br> <br> Hammy, my faith has been restored in the kind of service I expect.

One of a Kind
A friendly, helpful and well priced company that is willing to go the extra mile. My car was returned to me in better condition than when it left me. After being involved in a minor accident, these guys climbed into my car and made it look as if nothing had happened. I found them well priced, professional and will only use them for my car going forward. You guys have earned the respect of this client.<br>

Auto Detail Durban Road Fantastic Job
Good Day<br> <br> I would like to applaud the service I received from Auto Detail in Durban Road. From the moment I walked in to get a quote, to the moment I collected my vehicle.<br> <br> I instructed the insurance assessor to push the quote from Auto Detail due to the fantastic service received from them and the extremely well priced quote. The quote was accepted, vehicle was booked in, status reports on vehicle sent through to me.<br> <br> I popped in 3 times while my vehicle was in the shop. On each occasion, Gary took time out of his day to have a chat with me which left me with a great feeling. He is an asset to the Auto Detail Franchise.<br> <br> I had extensive damage to the passenger side of my vehicle as well as other general ware and tare. I decided to have this all repaired at the same time.<br> <br> When I received my vehicle back, it looked brand new and I could not have been happier. I would recommend Gary Hoek, his assistant Kirstin and Auto Detail to any person needing work done. industry and will definitely. The foaming-at-the-mouth diatribe by a mr. Honnet against Gary Hoek looks like a cheap attempt at character assassination by someone frustrated with life. I have had the pleasure of having two of my cars seen to at Auto Detail Centre, and have found mr. Hoek courteous and uncommonly gentlemanly for the industry. Both jobs were completed to a high standard. I can recommend Auto Detail Centre for a pleasant business experience.

Trust Gary Hoek
