<p>I am very impressed with the service here. The only place I will take my car in for service and repairs from now on. Big thumbs up :-)</p>
<p>Beware!! Do not pay up front for anything at this shop. About 70% of quoted amount was paid two months ago to replace my bumper. No follow up calls whatsoever. I constantly have to phone and email and beg for information and ask what is going on. When I call the shop the response I get is that I must just wait and there is nothing they can do! Unless I agree to pay extra for them to use another supplier. Disgraceful! </p>
<p>Wizards Tygervalley need to work on their customer service. Unacceptable behaviour coming from staff and trainee around 13:30 - 14:00 11/06/2016. We had to stay the whole process to correct the trainee who had no idea what things costs, bind pages or cut paper! We also had to put pages in order as it was all muddled up (1-50) note: he was going to continue binding the book with the pages muddled up so just as well we were there to correct it. The print had fingerprint marks all over it and looks terrible and we were told it is the printer and they can't fix it (no apolgies). I asked for a discount and I got laughed at. Paid over R300 for a poor quality and a rude service from staff !!! I will not return to the branch after this shocking experience.</p>
