Beware the **** low quote and terrible customer service!
Watch out for this company. They will give you 1 quote and the double that once they do the work. They say they will call you back but never do. We got billed a huge fee for 5 minutes of work to program remotes (which we are able to do ourselves but because we have a complex house we have to use the company that is assigned to us). After asking around our area, we have now discovered more people who are not happy with the owner of the company and the way he does things. Poor customer service as they dont get back to a person. Most annoyed and feel completely **********!!!

Outstanding Service
Super impressed with the response time to a call I made when my Mother and Brother fell very ill late one night. Darrens Team was on site ASAP and all of them with smiles and very positive attitudes. Was a wonderful feeling to step back and let the CMR team do their work and take care of my Mother and Brother. Thanks to Darren and his amazing team for the brilliant and outstanding service that they provide in the Southern Peninsula, Cape Town.

One of a Kind
A friendly, helpful and well priced company that is willing to go the extra mile. My car was returned to me in better condition than when it left me. After being involved in a minor accident, these guys climbed into my car and made it look as if nothing had happened. I found them well priced, professional and will only use them for my car going forward. You guys have earned the respect of this client.<br>

Car Accident Claim
I was involved in a car accident and was in shock. Bonny was brilliant with how she helped me out while i was in shock. She made the process very simple and easy and stayed calm under the stressful situation. Her on-going help and assistance has been wonderful. I am so glad i have moved to Outsurance many years ago as the service has been wonderful.. Thank you Outsurance and Thank you Bonny for caring so much :)
