Beware the **** low quote and terrible customer service!
Watch out for this company. They will give you 1 quote and the double that once they do the work. They say they will call you back but never do. We got billed a huge fee for 5 minutes of work to program remotes (which we are able to do ourselves but because we have a complex house we have to use the company that is assigned to us). After asking around our area, we have now discovered more people who are not happy with the owner of the company and the way he does things. Poor customer service as they dont get back to a person. Most annoyed and feel completely **********!!!

Great service, Attention to detail, Quality installation and professional hand over. Gentlemen of note. Willing to go the xtra mile and proud of their workmanship which is a rare commodity these days

Arrogant service
Lochlan is a young and talented electrician but his people s****s and fiery temper do not suit the services industry. I spent a considerable amount of money on various installations and when they needed repair, barely 6 months after installation, they refused to do the job. Hopefully they hire someone with people s****s to deal with clients and that actually look after clients on follow ups.

Arrogant service

Terrible customer service and communication
After discussing my requirements, accepting a quote and setting up a mutually convenient day for an installation - nothing happened Numerous phone calls went unanswered, whatsapp messages read but not responced too and finally sms messages. New dates and approx. times eventually confirmed telephonically . Waited and still nothing happened. When I contacted them to find out when I can expect the installation to take place, I was told they are very busy and I must be patient or I can "find someone else with pleasure" Not great customer service and not a company I would rely on. Have used them in the past but that ship has now sailed Very dissapointed

Non electrical compliant company
<p>Before you give any consideration in using this company of Roger Mcloud and his un trained s****s, do a background check with previous clients of his. he is nothing more than a non cliant idiot with very little knowledge of his trade. Be warned</p>
