Tiger Wheel and Tyre Noordhoek has on numerous occasions exceeded my expectation regarding customer service and attention to details. TWT can be very proud of this management team and staff. Will not use anybody else. Well done
After discussing my requirements, accepting a quote and setting up a mutually convenient day for an installation - nothing happened Numerous phone calls went unanswered, whatsapp messages read but not responced too and finally sms messages. New dates and approx. times eventually confirmed telephonically . Waited and still nothing happened. When I contacted them to find out when I can expect the installation to take place, I was told they are very busy and I must be patient or I can "find someone else with pleasure" Not great customer service and not a company I would rely on. Have used them in the past but that ship has now sailed Very dissapointed
I have been on hold for 58 minutes waiting for the call centre to answer the phone and assist me with a business critical issue. I have a retail trade outlet and my point of sale system is down - so is my business. This is not the first time I have given up and had to go to a manual handwritten invoice system. Sage simply cannot get it right. I don't want to hear the same old "large call volumes" message. Get more staff or you will lose customers. So in the meantime I issue hand written invoices to my customers and will have to try the call center again when we quieten down - simply not cool for a very large company Sage.
Have tried contacting call center telephonically for 4 days now - gave up and made use of their "call back service" After two days I'm still waiting for someone to make contact with me. The waiting time on the phone to the call center is unacceptable. Thirty minute hold time over 5 calls - 2.5 hours wasted on the phone without speaking to anyone. Not a happy camper.
