A SHOCKING SERVICE FROM AUTO WIZARDS AND BUDGET INSURANCE On the 22/09/2018 I an incident and my vehicle needed repairs , Broken windscreen at drivers side, it had scratches on the front bumper and a small dent on the left side of the car underneath the passenger door. On the 10/10/2018 I got a sms from BUDGET INSIRANCE confirming that the car was with AUTO WIZARDS for repairs .I settled the R4700 excess with them immediately . From the beginning and word go with AUTO WIZARD I had horrible customer service as I was not getting any feedback and I was dealing with Gadija from AUTO WIZARD a company chosen by BUDGET INSURANCE. I reported this to Budget insurance and the matter was handled by Keke who eventually also gave me a poor service . The car hire was for 23 days till 23 October and it lapse before the car was even started being fixed . It was extended till the 30th October and it lapsed again before the car was even started being worked on. I made calls after calls daily to budget insurance and Auto Wizard with no indication what was going on . I made another call on the 26/10/2018 and was told stories that they don’t know when the car will be repaired. On the 29/10/2018 on Monday I made another call to Auto Wizard to ask for feedback and I was Told by Gadija that it will take 3-5 days for the car to be repaired . On Thursday 01/11/2018 after the car hire lapse I call again to make sure they were on schedule to my surprise I was told the car will now be ready on the 8th November 2018 . This is POOR customer service from both Budget Insurance and Auto Wizard . I now have to pay the car hire out of my pocket with delay I did not do . I am disgusted with Budget Insurance with thier POOR Service and Auto Wizard. Keke gave me poor excuses and told me that the car could be delayed further . BAD service from these companies be warned. Unhappy customer

My car was sent to Auto wizards in Maitland .My experience with this company was very bad. I got poor service .They lack feedback I have to beg them to get progress on my vehicle. The reception is very defensive ,does not listen and have no idea of customer service , she promise to call me back but nothing happens. I have to call my insurance company to intervene and get proper feedback and time line.

My brother's car broke down not long after having it serviced by another mechanic, so he took it to Auto Wizards for repairs. It had something to do with his timing belt/crank/head gasket and they said they could fix it. He left the car there, they did the work, sent the engine to the engineers and the car was soon driving again approx R14000 later. Barely 2 months down the line he noticed that his oil and water was mixing and took the car back so they could check it out. He was told that his radiator is busted due to overheating and his head gasket blew. This after they contacted the previous mechanic who informed them of some blockage that needed to be sorted out, they blatantly ignored the problem. Surely as a mechanic you need to inform your client of \other faults' you pick up and let the client decide whether to have it repaired or not. You dont just get paid for one job
