I have had extremely horrible experience, I bought a car 45 days ago untill today they have not been able to help with a disk no a permit, the person who was helping me Zaheer he practically disappeared on me, SK was the next person and he is a pathological lier, every day he promises to bring the disc but 45 days alert there is nothing to show, I even called Christell Pilay and that was like from frying pan to fire

A 2017 Volkswagen Move UP 1.5 was purchased after seeing a Facebook adverti*****t that explicitly stated the vehicle had a full service history. This claim was repeated verbally in front of credible witnesses. However, once the purchase agreement was signed, the service history was “not available.” Despite multiple requests, the dealership ignored it, and it eventually became clear that no service history existed at all. When requesting to return the vehicle and cancel the sale due to this misrepresentation, Autohaus Angel resisted for weeks. They finally agreed to take the car back but refused to acknowledge their breach of contract. Instead, they demanded a R8000 cancellation fee, insisting that this was non‑negotiable, even though the cancellation was entirely due to their false advertising. This was their exact response: “Please see signed by your client where they accepted the terms of sale which includes cancellation costs. These figures are not negotiable. Please let me know if you would like to proceed with the cancellation or not.” All reasonable attempts to avoid unfair penalties failed. As a result, we will now pursue action through small claims court to recover the ********ly charged fee, with interest, and escalate the matter to the National Consumer Commission, through referral, to ensure this dealership is held accountable. Consumers should be extremely cautious when dealing with Autohaus Angel. Their tactics are misleading, ********, and penalize buyers even when the dealership is at fault. FYI the vehicle is up for sale again on several platforms without any mention of a service history.

Changing cars is a traumatising experience, both for the buyer and his family as they shop around trying to find the best value for money deal with minimum risk and with the expectation of a good and honest service. I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of service from AUTOHAUS CENTURION. The sales executive that I had the pleasure of dealing with is Marvin and he is living up to the AUTOHAUS CENTURION customer service promise. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealerships walls, but very few live up to them. AUTOHAUS CENTURION is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will contact them first when buying my next car. I am based in Durban and I saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit sceptical to buy from JHB as I can’t see what I am going to get but I sent through a query and had Marvin call me back almost immediately. Marvin took the time to understand mine and my family’s needs and went out of his way to structure a deal for me. His manager Coellet offered me the best trade in offer on my car and gave me the new car at a much lower rate than other dealers. Their finance lady Fransa has excellent negotiation skills and got my finance approved at close to prime rate and my installment almost to where I wanted. I was surprised when I got insurance quotes and this was higher than I expected and Fransa offered to get me quotes which in line with the quotes I got. Due to the high insurance cost I could not afford the instalments so I was on the verge of cancelling the deal when Fransa Spoke to the Sales Manager, Coellet, and Coellet then offered me a further discount on the car price to bring my instalments in line to accommodate for the higher insurance cost. This was a big gesture on their side and not something many dealers would do, as most dealers main priority is to make money and customer satisfaction comes second, but AUTOHAUS CENTURION puts customer satisfaction first as Sales manager Coellet clearly showed. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Marvin and Fransa and I am extremely happy with the high level of service that they both provided to me. The service was more than I expected and Me, the customer was their top Priority. I would highly recommend anyone to buy their next new or used vehicle from Marvin at AUTOHAUS CENTURION as you can be assured of getting the excellent quality service that they have to offer. Well done to Marvin, Fransa and to AUTOHAUS CENTURION team. I will definitely continue to support your dealership in the future and I will refer many clients to your dealership.

This is the worst panelbeaters ever. Took my car in for repairs that could be done in one week but today it’s day 28 with no car. They don’t care to communicate, you have to phone and inquire about the progress and only then you told stories. The whole team is incompetent. Horrendous service. Don’t take your car there! Worst panelbeaters ever
