Please exercise caution when dealing with this dealership. We were interested in purchasing a VW Kombi and found the salesperson to be lacking in knowledge and transparency about the vehicle’s condition. We paid a holding deposit but decided to cancel the purchase after arranging an independent inspection, which uncovered numerous faults and revealed that the vehicle had previously been involved in an accident—information that was not disclosed to us. I contacted the dealership via email regarding these concerns but received no response. Overall, we were very disappointed with the after-sales service from Micealah and Digedon.

Bought an Audi cash from Autospot in Bellville. After two hours leaving the dealership the car's engine failed. Informed them immediately. Then I spent another R 27 000 to fix the engine. They said they will assist with R 20 000 but I haven't received any monetary assistance from them. Be very careful. The owner and the manager makes promises....but they dont keep it.

Brilliant service!!! Saw a car. Bought it online, without test driving. They did everything from finance to insurance. Picked up the car, in very very good condition. Thanks Gershwin and the team.

Autospot Bellville does not care about you after you bought a vehicle from them. They are full of promises untill you leave with the vehicle. They just don't have any after sales service. When I phoned them the same day I bought the vehicle about consern they promised me that would fix the issues and that the vehicle is still under 30 day warranty. I can drive home in peace and I must just send the a list with quotes of the repairs and they will see what they can do. It's been almost a month and a half since I received the vechile and all they can say is that their manager has the qoutes and they will let me know. They gave me the vehicle with 45km from the 80000km service and it's now due for service, but it seems that they don't care.

I bought a vw cross polo 2014 model car from this dealership 14 september 2021 . And on Three months later a car turbo failed. I contacted them several times to ask them to fix it because its within implied warranty period but they chose to ignore me. I then took a complaint to M.I.O.S.A . After a full month when they became aware of Ombatsman case Andre the sales manager decided to call me from his persona cell number saying they will fix my car if only i withdraw the MIOSA case. I told him to first fix the car then i will withdraw the case. Strange enough l thought he was calling to apologies for such a poor service or maybe to give an explanation as to why it took them a whole month to attend to my complaint. Andre then said he will deliberately drag the the process because he know that MIOSA case can take up to six months to get to final stages . Now Ms Campbell who happened to be one of the directors became suckerstic to me when i called ,hoping to talk with Johan Campbell who is a soul owner of this dealership . She told me that i can't talk to them because i made a case against them . This is an absolute Racism and now i am in a second month without a car . And yet paying instalments . Consumer right no: 8 speaks volumes about product quality and implied warranty. And they should know better because they have been in the industy fo too long. They must take their car back immidiatly if they cant fix it. Because i cant continue paying for the **** car that is not driving.
