Poor extremely poor. I ordered R1500 worth of perfume it smells like nothing and I can see it has been mix with water..... I call it water infuse perfume. ***ken waist of money. Stay away please.
I am extremely disappointed with the service of this insurance company. An agent who wasn't even sympathetic. Who took my address, but never log it, I had to tell the second agent. The poor communication from MiWay. I waited the whole day for my car to be picked up. I lost one day's wages. This is unacceptable. I said to the agent that it is urgent. One agent told me that the towing company called me, but they didn't. As a customer I deserve better. I moved from two other insurance companies and I thought it would be better, but it is worse. Every time the agent says : " I am sorry sir"
I just want to inform you about the company ( Entsika) that we are contracted with. The company now finds it hard to honour their commitments. All over SA we have provided an excellent service to them but they find it difficult to pay us for the service provided.Some of our Field-workers didn't get payment from February, some were not payed according to their contracts and some were not paid for their transportation. Some were paid 50%, and that is not what the contract says. We basically had to fight for our money. We were forced to stop with the project.
I ordered an item on the 25th of September 2012. I paid for it online on that same day and they confirmed my payment. On the 29th of September, they deducted the same amount from my account. The amount was R1038 for the item and I actually paid double that amount for one item- so R2076 was paid. They said that the second amount was never reflected in their account.
Brilliant service!!! Very friendly staff and efficient service. On a Friday afternoon at about 16h15, I asked them to service two small items. After the job was done I wanted to know the cost, then the Manager replied "Enjoy your weekend " Without paying a cent. I would recommend this place to everyone. #WIN

Went to the Herm**** branch. A man asked me how he could assist. I replied that I came for an insurance inspection. He told me that they are busy on the computer and that I needed to wait. I asked if I must wait inside or outside, and he replied outside. A caucasian male enters and the same man asked him how he can assist. (Conversation in Afrikaans) What I could pick up from the conversation is that the caucasian man asked where he could find someone, a particular person. The bottom line is, that has nothing to do with business and he asked a genuine client to wait outside. I will never ever go there to support this business.
Motor warranty : Wait for the car to breakdown first before they cover you. I took my car for a service at a RMI dealer. While serving the car he picked up that the timing chain /belt should be replaced, although it's not broken. On recommendation of the mechanic's advice I asked King Price if they cover it, and they said that the car must first break down. So if the car breaks down 1000 km or 5 kilometers from my house additional cost will be occurred, for example towing it to the nearest RMI approved dealer, inconvenience (sleeping or standing next to the road). I obviously want to be proactive. I asked them why and they tell me it is the Policy Wording - breakdown warranty. Nobody has described it to me like that. So the car must first breakdown, call a towing company, (extra inconvenience) wait for qoute from the dealer, wait for the authorisation from the company (can take up to two days - another inconvenience). I really don't know what I'm paying for. My problem is : Why must I wait for the car to breakdown. The mechanic recommended it - I am merely proactive here. What if I travel a long distance with my family? I have my house and car insurance with this company and I feel like cancelling everything. Many thanks.
