Very frustrating
So last week someone called me and said they want to arrange a visit with me for the nurse to come. I said no because i was in pain and i didn't knoe if the nurse will be coming the dane day or not. They also didn't tell me. Then on monday the 16th i send them an email requesting the home visit. Someone replied to my email and said that the nurse will contact me during the course of the day and come today. Today i send another email saying that no one called me as yet. Someone called me and said that they thought that i cancelled the home visit. I yold them that this was last week. I told them about the email that i send on monday. They said they didn't make any arrangements. I mean i had to wait ti the whole week and today to be told that no nurse will be coming today. Really disappointed with this service

Momentum Health made the best decision in partnering with Baby Yum Yum! The Baby Yum Yum team has made pregnancy about the mom, baby and the family. Not just the baby alone. Thank you for the gorgeous Lou Harvey bag and the goodies inside were so thoughtful! I recently used my meal voucher when we took my son to the doctor and was too tired to cook. Life saver! We also appreciate the nurse visit in the privacy of our home. Sr Jobe was great and knowledgeable. I don't think any other maternity programme comes close to Baby Yum Yum! Thanks.

Thank you Baby YumYum for "redeeming" the initial unpleasant experience that I had. It was a very unfortunate case of miscommunication. You made an extra effort to rectify the situation and I'm very impressed by your prompt delivery. Thank you for a gorgeous gift as well, it is definitely going to make this pregnant lady a very happy post-partum mommy. My designer bag is gorgeous!

I'm a multiply client and I have registered my pregnancy months ago. Multiply/momentum health has partnered with BabyYumYum to enhance the pregnant woman's journey. They have not done anything of that sort for me. They called me once, after I explicitly said that I won't be available at that time. I'm now 30+ weeks pregnant and still haven't heard from them. I should not have to follow up the whole time, this should have been sorted around my 24th week already. I cannot express my frustration and disgust with this company enough. Never have I ever had such bad experience during my previous pregnancies and for what it's worth, perhaps Momentum should look at another partner.
