I shared my dissatisfaction with Budget about being debited for 2.5 months for a tracking system but it not being installed. The device is finally installed last week Wednesday but I am still waiting for either a refund or credit towards my premium. I paid from December and only got this installed now in Feb. I will need a pro-rata amount paid to me for the days/month not covered. Urgently please
Absolutely disappointed in them. I, through Budget have Netstar tracking device and i upgraded it in December to the highest tracking plan and this was included in my instalment. First payment went off December and its the 26th day of January and not a call/sms or email has been received from Netstar requesting to come install the new device. I want a refund for the month I didn't get the service and request that the new device be installed.
I made an order online on Wednesday for my sons school shoes. This morning they were delivered by your delivery partner and I am very happy. The best thing is that delivery was free! We are now ready for term 3 of 2025 with my kiddo!
Extremely disappointed - I phoned Nedbank about 2 weeks ago to query if I will be getting the R1000 for switching my salary. I was asked If I had received a call, I told them that I got pop ups on the app and then also got an sms. I did switch my salary. The lady (Ntombi) said she will investigate and get back to me. Since then, they stopped sending the smses and pop ups on the app - which tells me its all a **** and the fact that no one is getting back to me is frustrating. I wonder if I made a bad decision in switching back to the Green Bank. Please can someone get back to me and advise the outcome/resolution.
Good day. I am thoroughly impressed by the level of service received from Branden Persadh who called me early today to help me change my bank details. It was such a seamless process and he was professional and friendly on the call. He was patient with me when I was trying to retrieve my bank details on the banking app and explained that I will need to accept a new debicheck mandate etc. He also offered me additional products, however at this time I did not take them up but will consider in the future. He is sweet gentleman with a positive attitude! Keep it up Budget and Branden!
Went to Pick n Pay Westwood mall. Bought stuff around the amount of R1800 including eggs. This was Saturday 01 March 2025. In our groceries there were some eggs (30 Pick n Pay eggs). Today is the 5th and I've had to throw away 7 eggs! Plus another 3 in the past few days. The eggs have maggots coming out of them :(. Yet the expiry date was 17 March 2025. So much money wasted on the eggs!
After hounding me for payment of my Direct Axis account and then I paid R51 000. Then they went quiet. They didn't even send me a paid up letter. Ibe emailed Nthabiseng Maine twice and she's not responding!!!
A gentleman merchandising your products on Friday 25 October 2024 at Checkers Cornubia around 2pm-3pm provided me with great service. He told me about the promotion where you get a bucket when you buy certain amount of Unilever products. I walked around the store and didnt pick the bucket up. Got to the till and the guy gladly brought the bucket to me as I had forgotten to take it. So sweet
