HORRIBLE SERVICE AND FOOD

Such a HORRIBLE SERVICE I received yesterday from Baobab I was hosting my 40th birthday there,yooo I've never been so disappointed and embarrassed in front of my friends

When we ordered food, the starter to more than an hour to come,main meal took longer,dessert i don't want to even go there. The food was HORRIBLE everyone was complaining they did not finish their food they took takeaways

Come bill time everything was just a SHOCK....10% already included in bill and drinks were billed separately, like from when?how? Everyone received their bill with their own tip included,like what the HELL!!!!!!!!!! It's not the first time I book for a ****ion at Baobab Wonderboom,that's why I booked again since the last 3 times I received perfect service,but this time yoooo my R5000 went to waste

All of a sudden when we asked for containers for putting our cakes we were charged yesterday and previous times we were not charged Yesterday they came with a story that they give containers only for food,i was like WHAT??????

I honestly REGRET coming there and wasting my money,EVERYTHING WAS NOT VALUE FOR MY MONEY YESTERDAY And like I say,it's not the first time I book for an event there and I've NEVER,LIKE NEVER NEVER experienced such All my hard worked money down the drain R5000 is not child's play,it's MONEY!!!!!

If i had a choice I would ask for my money back,I was TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED HORRIBLE SERVICE AND HORRIBLE FOOD
