INADEQUATE SERVICE AND PRODUCT

The shoes came with the tongue of each shoe different sizes, lack of attention to detail in manufacture. The return was at my own cost and had to keep following up on the progress of the exchange. They took so long they couldn't remember my issue. I still have NOT RECEIVED an exchange or refund AND not to mention their insolent attitude.
