Hello everyone my names are ALEX JACKSON from the UK, I want to use this golden medium to appreciate Doctor Abdul a great spell caster for helping me retrieving back my relationship with my ex ***** when he ended and turned back on me for quite a long time now (6 months ago). He performed a spell for me and within 48 hours after the spell had been cast I received a text from my ex saying that he is sorry for the pains and tears that he had caused me and that he will not do such a thing to me again in his life. I was surprised but later accepted him back again. Anyone that is in the same line of problem or different one that wants to contact a spell caster should happily contact Doctor Abdul now on this email doctorabdulspellcaster@gmail. com or message him through his Whatsapp +2348108728256

Complaint against Beauty Breaks and Value Vacations As I read in all the complaints on Hellopeter about Beauty Breaks and Value Vacation, mine is almost the same. November 2015 I took out a vacation for R399 a month and my son took one out for R299. I phoned them several times to try and get a contract, we never received anything. We were never inform about any breakage fee or booking fee that came to an amount of R3500. We did had an argument about the deposits and they decide we only have to pay the breakage fee. We tried to book places but everything was fully booked. The only place that was available was in La Cariba Marina Martinique. I was under the impression that the place was on the ground floor and see view, because I have a problem with my feet. We took that holiday March 2016, when we got there the place was on the third floor and no see view inside . My son paid his holiday in full but could not make use of it due to his work arrangements. They changed his holiday time to December. He did not stop any payments and in the mean while Value Vacations took over from Beauty Breaks. We bought the holiday from him and made arrangements with them to use the holiday. We used one week from Value Vacations but for some reason the other fully paid week is now missing. Beauty Break say they did not receive the payment for the first years holiday and Value Vacations said they only received payments for the last years week holiday. So the first holiday is just missing. We lodged a complain against both companies via National consumer Credits, but they do not make any headlines with this companies. What do you think were should we go to get our money back? We do not want the holiday.

My father was sold a holiday package whereby he pays monthly premiums for a year. Upon completion of these premiums and now booking his holiday he was told that he has to pay a booking & breakage fee which wasn't previously mentioned. Before he is even able to make this payment, he is informed that all the holiday resorts are fully booked for the time he wants to go on holiday and he should rather go the following year. When he calls a couple months later to book, he's told his policy has lapsed as he didn't take the holiday within 3 months of paying the last premium, which he wasn't told. When he tells me this, I offer to follow as this makes no sense. So first when I call Beauty Breaks on their ********** 187 number which my father had been calling & getting all this information, when I call I am told that he isn't a client of theirs any more and am given a number for Value Vacation which is the company which Beauty Breaks sold some of their clients to or partners split, don't remember what exactly the story was. So I call Value vacation on the ********** 900 number given to me by the Beauty Breaks people. I give them my dads ID number and they confirm that my dad indeed is a client. First, my dad was sold this package telephonically and never sent documentation as agreed over the phone. All clauses were unknown to him as the client. They first say my dad cancelled his policy himself. After speaking to Tanya Arendse (the dishonest and spineless manager) who said he would then contact my father to confirm all the details I had given them and try to get dates of times he called so she could listen on the conversations to authenticate. Perfect, I asked that she forward me those recordings when she found them so I could listen to them too. She failed to respond to us via email, never contacted my dad, and wasn't available for phone calls. Eventually when she responded weeks later she was now telling me that she won't be addressing me as a 3rd party. Even though my father had consented to me acting on his behalf. And in email said that she called my father yet that was untrue. BEAUTY BREAKS/VALUE VACATION IS A SCAM!!!! 1. OVERSELLING LIMITED ACCOMODATION 2. EXPLOITING THE ELDERLY They stole thousands from my father, an elderly man who didn't know better 3. HIDDEN T&C's THIS IS AN INFRINGEMENHT TO THE CPA!!!!

its has been 1 week since i requested the recordings of our contract and no one has contacted me as promised. They are not living up to our contractual agreement and this amounts to FRAUD because they debited me for 1 year successfully!!!!!!!!!!

I signed up with a holiday club then named Beauty Breaks, but has since been undertaken by Live Wire Value Vacations. I signed up for a 7 day paid holiday in February 2016 through telephonic conversation. Our contract stipulated that monthly debits of R400 will be deducted from my bank account starting from the 20th of February 2016 and upon 12 successful debits, I am entitled to a 7 day holiday ranging from options between Cape – Town, Jhb and Durban. They asked me to confirm my holiday at least 2 months prior to the holiday date. To make a long story short, after 12 successful debits, I have not yet received my holiday. Each time I phone in to make a booking for my holiday, the places are either fully booked or I am asked to phone back. I complied with their requirements to phone in 2 months before and they have received all my payments. I was advised by the consultant that I should phone in after my 12 payments have been received if I no longer wish to continue with the holiday club, because If I don’t phone in to cancel, they will continue to debit me and I will not be refunded. To which I phoned in to cancel my subscription on the 23 March 2017 and also attempted to book my holiday for April. I was once again advised that they are fully booked. At this point I was infuriated. None of the consultants i dealt with ,Latoya Arendse, Beverly or Cameron could/ or would assist me. I phoned the company again on Tuesday (22 August 2017) to claim my holiday which is still owed to me. I spoke to a lady named Cameron who advised me that they can’t find me on the system because I cancelled my policy. I explained why and she seemed to understand, she advised she would have to inquire whether the holiday is still valid, to which she came back and told me that she spoke to her colleagues that I dealt with (Latoya Arendse and Beverly) and that they advised that I forfeited the holiday because I did not take it after 3 months of cancelling my subscription. Please note, this was never advised to, me after the numerous times that I phoned in. I told the consultant to please listen to the recordings and I attached my emails to them confirming that I was not advised of such. The consultant never returned my phone calls and I have to phone in each time to beg them to locate the recordings of the initial contract as well as subsequent recordings that was made during my time phoning in to them. They have still not located the calls. The recordings have seemingly disappeared. They don’t want to refund my money or even give me the holiday I paid for. They have done this to many other people as reflected on hello peter complaints. I feel that what they are doing is scamming innocent people out of their money. i would like to be fully refunded because i dont trust them anymore!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
