I made a laybye in Dec 2023 , soon lost my job in Jan 2024 . I have been asking for my refund. Jean at the store in Nicolway has done nothing but give me excuses why I needed to wait for my refund . Sharlene from the finance department has given me nothing but empty promises to wait . At first my refund was deposited then they asked for my cell phone number to do an E wallet . And now they cannot help . Only the business owner has my refund and I have no way on contacting him nor do they know when the business owner will issue my refund .

My experience with Bed Studio has been of a poor standard. After lay buying a Head Board through them, on the date my item was meant to be completed ad ready for collection- I got no update from the store to inform me why it was late. I visited the store and was told they'd call me which they did not. By Mid December I visited the store again in Galleria Mall , Amanzimtoti, and was told they'd lost a supplier and therefore facing some internal delays. They promised to call in January 15 when suppliers opened- little did I know, the branch was actually shutting down. 25th of January I visited the branch after not receiving a call, only to find their doors closed. After made numerous attempts via email and telephonically, requesting a refund but keep getting told that the matter has been escalated to finance. Sharleen, who seems to be in charge of finance is not responding to any of my emails regarding my request. I am beyond ****ed and want my full refund back!

I paid for a bed in November already. They took a deposit of R20000 from me now they ducking and diving. Mr Ramon van Rooyen disappeared from the planet and none of their offices answer their phones.

To Whom it may concern This complaint is compiled because of very poor customer service and empty promises, my mother bought a mattress from your institution ( let me correct myself PAID FOR) on Sunday 4 July 2020 and paid for including a delivery fee. She was promised a delivery of this mattress on Monday 5 July 2020, regardless to mention this did not happen as some lame excuse was piped up by the sales person. This elderly person had to drive all the way there to just get another empty promise that the delivery will take place the next day Tuesday 6 July 2020. Again needless to say this did not happen either, also no communication from their side.
