Closed.. No warning- Beefcakes Cape town
Paid for my deposit- 2k and the day before the event we found out they closed... Advised we would receive a refund within 24 hours.. This has not happened. Their customer service is absolutely pathetic, completely non existent and its also disgusting that they would take out money knowing they closing down. PAY BACK MY MONEY!!!!

The worst night out ever
Firstly there were only 3 ****tails available out of the entire menu due to no stock. (Beefcakes is a ****tail bar). When we ordered burgers we could not get beef burgers because the mince have not yet been delivered. When I made the booking it was said to me the show will be at 19h00. Then the waiter told us the show will only start at 20h00 but then only started at 21h00. We ended up leaving before the actual show as we were having a bachelorette and had to get back to pretoria. If you pay R350 per person before hand for a burger and a show, you expect both of those things to be included and of good quality. This place is over priced and very poorly managed. Even one of the waiters quit that night and walked out. And i have no doubt it will close soon just like the 2 pretoria branches.

Great Experience
I have visited Beefcakes twice now for two Bachelorettes and was satisfied with both evenings. The shows are great and the staff were friendly. The only negative would be the food. The award winning burgers are sometimes chewy and overcooked however, it sustains you for the evening. I would suggest having supper before visiting the venue.

GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I attended a Bachelorette on 30 October 2021. The bill came to 5000 which was paid however I did not realise that the it has been paid in full and I paid an additional R1400 towards the bill. When I realised the mistake, I let me waiter Morne know and left my details and I was told that Beefcakes would be in contact with me. Monday came around - and NO ONE from Beefcakes made contact with me. I then emailed them and Waldo emailed me for bank details on Wednesday 3/11/2021 and asked for me bank details. Almost immediately, I gave him my bank details. I followed up again on 5/11/2021 and no response was given. I then re-followed up on 8/11/2021 and no response. Eventually I called again on 8/11/2021 and spoke to Adolf who told me to email him and to date I have had no feedback from Beefcakes and I do not have my money back from Beefcakes. I do not know what to do anymore. I just want my money back and to have this done.

Not returning
I am truly disappointed in the after service received from this establishment. I am supposed to be refunded due to an unforeseen event. However the responses to emails and communications are haphazard and show no interest

Beefcakes Pretoria refuse to pay staff for 18hour shift!!!!
Beefcakes Pretoria - My son started working there last week. He worked from 9am in the morning till 12midnight. He made R2500 tips and was told to split his tips with someone else. Because he was not happy about it he was told not to come back and they kept his tips Absolute disgrace

Refusing to release deposit due to Corona Virus
So, we want to cancel our friends bachelorette at Beefcakes Johannesburg this weekend due to the stress of covid-19. No services have been rendered. Literally booked online. Paid a R750 deposit which they won’t refund. They’re not being accommodating at all considering the massive health risk at stake. It’s NOT FAIR to their clients. During any other circumstance, I’d be happy to lose my deposit but seeing as it’s a situation BEYOND OUR CONTROL... I think it’s only fair. Poor form, guys. So I have to lose my money because I don’t want to risk being sick
