The worst courier company ever. My delivery was scheduled for 12/12/2025. I have been receiving SMSs' since then saying my parcel is out on delivery. When calling the call center, I am told the driver's van broke down yesterday. Logic would be that my parcel would be on the next delivery but i am told I have to wait until Wednesday as the drivers have already gone out with their deliveries. This is totally unacceptable
I was at Mcdonalds in Paardeneiland wanting to buy supper. I ordered on the electronic ordering system but was struggling. i asked one of the staff members to assist me but was ignored. After a few attempts i finally just walked out. This service is really not acceptable
The worst medical aid under the sun. A 1 is actually an over rating. No time is spared with answering complaints or queries and then have the audacity to send out a survey to rate their service - What service if no one even bothered attending to the query.
I cancelled my service with Vox on 18/02/2021. On 26/02/2021 I get billed for the exact service and charged a non payment fee. A debit order went through my account and I had to pay a service fee for this but VOX wants to charge me for something that their staff neglected to make a note of. After sending them my cancellation documents and numerous emails i am still receiving statements for outstanding balances
I am highly upset. i bought a TV from Pnp Hyper Brackenfell on 23/01/2021. Exactly 30 days later the screen comes loose from the frame. i return the TV and am told by a very rude salesman that I have to wait for my refund as they need authorization. I email their head office but no one has contacted me. My issue is why must i wait for a refund when my relationship is between myself and PNP not the supplier!!!!!!!!!!!! When the sale was done last month the service level was excellent but now that there is a problem I have to deal with this non professionalism!!!!!
I am truly disappointed in the after service received from this establishment. I am supposed to be refunded due to an unforeseen event. However the responses to emails and communications are haphazard and show no interest
I have had a parcel at your depot since the 7th of November without delivery. I had to call your CPT office three times only to have the phone put down in my ear without talking to anyone
I was extremely disappointed on Friday. i placed an order with Mr D , but when I received the food it was not entirely what i had ordered. I sent a complaint via email and up until now nobody had even bother to get back to me or even apologise for the "misunderstanding"
A week ago my mother in law's dog was injured and she contacted the SPCA Grassy Park asking for medical assistance and also mentioning that she is a pensioner and does not have transport to deliver or collect the dog she was advised that the dog will be collected and delivered and she is obligated only to make a donation to the society However I have made numerous calls to ask for the dog to be delivered and promises have been made by 3 ladies assuring that the dog will be delivered as she requested.The last young lady however had such an attitude and insisted that R1150 needs to be paid in order for the dog to be released. this was not initially disclosed and this is ill treatment of the elderly. The dog is my mother in law's companion and is well looked after , however with this attitude from the SPCA it seems that there is something bigger than the picture seen.
I had to dispose of my meal today as the chicken had a terrible smell and taste and the chips were stale. Staff are not very friendly and should be trained to work with patrons
