I lost the keys for my Np200 Canopy.Years old canopy. Then I went to Beekman Germiston,I was assisted by a lady by the name of Jade.She took a code somewhere on the canopy lock and went in her office/workshop. And she came back with 2 keys and tried on.They both worked and she then handed them to me with a smile and said I didn’t have to pay for them. Warm service Jade.Thank you🙌🏾🙌🏾

I have 13 year old Toyota Hilux Extra which needed a new lock for the Canopy. I had the lock replaced here in Heidelberg, but it broke after 6 months! I then took my Vehicle to Beekman Canopy in Boksburg, what a difference! The personnel there were efficient, pleasant and installed a complete new Handle with lock for less than what I paid in Heidelberg! I can highly recommend them!

We bought a canopy at Beekman Krugersdorp when we went to enquire for the 1st time if they sell second hand canopies they said they don't as it's too risky for them and gave us a whole lot of scenarios advising us why it's not ideal to buy a secondhand canopy. We then made a decision to buy a brand new canopy which was over my budget. This morning we went collect the conopy and we were kept waiting for 5 hours as the sales guy Mathew claimed there was a small bubble that needed to be fixed. 5 hours later they fitted canopy and after fittings we checked and saw that 1st of all this canopy was not new its a second hand canopy at!! secondly it has dents and scratches and dirty and they claimed this come from their Cape town Warehouse. We were mislead and **** to by Mattew. We had to get angry and tell him that we will not accept this for him to admit this was not right even when he saw this and then he started trying to resolve it. I feel that this is the service that black people will receive in an Afrikaaner owned business and area. If we hadn't complained he would have let us drive out of that shipment centre this this awful bad quality product without having said anything about it. We paid for something brand new and we were de*****ed shame on you

I Bought what I believed to be a high end top quality canopy with my Ranger only to have the paint peeling off the roof to such an extent that I have removed the canopy and stored it in my garage. When I reported this on 9 Dec 2022 Lourika Johnson said she was going to talk to the warranty manager but she has not answered any of my subsequent mails. I suspect the warranty manager is of the opinion that a Beekman canopy is only supposed to last as long as the warranty. I find it unbelievable that a canopy that has two 20cm patches on the roof where the paint has come clean off can be regarded as fair workmanship by Beekman. I wish I could post pictures.

Bought a Beekman canopy in Sept 2021. Fitment was conducted and handed over to me. About a month later I noticed that on the corner of my cab there was paint that was peeling off. On closer inspection I noted there was a dent on both passenger and drivers side on the rear of the cab. There is no possible way that the damage could have occurred with the canopy fitted. I raised this with Beekman and they denied all wrong doing say the canopy is in perfect condition. I then took the canopy to many industry experts such as panel beaters and dealers and the all agreed the damage was a result of the canopy fitment. In fact they pointed out maybe 20 issues inside the canopy where repairs had taken place to fit the damaged canopy and hide the damage from the casual observer. I wrote a report around and submitted this to Beekman who has agreed the canopy now is in a terrible state but still claims this is due to transportation of the canopy to the fitment center, which is rubbish as the damage is on the upper level of the shelf and not on the underside of the shelf. Beekman refuses to acknowledge that the product they fitted was damaged and inferior and that the fitment process damaged my car despite a report and evidence submitted the is clear as daylight. Their workmanship is poor. I have been dealing with Beekman now since 10 November 2021 trying to resolve this and all they do is play cat and mouse and make excuses when they get caught out.

They use bogus spray painters. Now am sitting with a canopy that it's fiberglass making bubbles and it's peeling. They says it's out of guarantee. Which means I bought a canopy for R16000.00 to be enjoy for 3years after that I must buy another one. I curse the day I bought it from this guys.

They use backdoor spray painters. When your canopy paint starts to peel off they say it out of paint guarentee. Firstly the canopy was leaking and they exchanged it with a canopy that the paint peels off after 11months and the say the guarentee was on the first one... Ripping customers off
