Berthas Ribs not even a Hyena could eat.

I ordered ribs yesterday, asked the waitress if they were recommended, which she highly recommend. Worst ribs ever! there was so much fat on it, I could not even cut/seperate the ribs. I even had to ask for a steak knife, which did not help! The ppl sitting at my table even were shocked and told me to return it. By this time I have lost my appetite,trying ti saw through my ribs for 5 minutes. I will never eat there again, because of this, but also because not 1 manager or anybody for that matter came out to apologize, offer me an alternate. And I arranged for over 13 ppl to eat there yesterday. Never again.It was not even fat, was like senue, and a lot of far. Be warned! Very disappointed.
