Missing luggage eith no hope of KLM staff assisting client.
Missing Luggage since 19Dec 25. Now 29th Dec 25 and still not found. No one can give me answers. Keep fobbing off where the luggage is. Spending hours trying to reach staff. Client has no belongings. This is a joke!

Worst service ever received is by Mweb. Dont go down this road ppl, you will regret it.
I have a lot of negative feedback to give about Mweb. I have never come a such a poorly run company, other that dstv are in the same lower class as mweb. No connection. Passing the buck, blaming other companies. "fo not recieve" emails or info. Fo not follow up on emails sent, calls made. Keep passing the blame, again really weak of them. Keep putting you on hold, or cutting you off. Empty promises, so I.e. liers Say they will send codes to reconnect, bit dont...again...liars. Hundreds of rands waisted on calls. The 1 employee does not know what the other is doing, or done. When you tell them you are going to complain on social media, they accept it and say ok, thank you?? Wow. if I treated my clients line mweb treat us, I would be out of business. I guess there are standards, then there is just rock bottom? It wont take long, they will fall soon.

Disgusted with M Way Service. Dont buy this Motor Plan, you get no where
I am disgusted with M sure service. I have been waiting over a week for my claim payment. I have paid a lot of money to have this extra motor plan. I have been pushed from pillar to post. You cannot select the numbers on the phone, you get cut off. When someone does pick up, the say you are in wrong devision and put you on hold, get cut off. I have been dealing with: Thato - he will not give me his managers contact details. He does not answer you as to when payment is coming through, answers you once a day with a short mail, saying following up - Following up what? When?? Today I spoke to: Kelvin - cut me off Thelma - cut me off Prescious - cut me off\ Gugu - cut me off. Calls are recorded, and I gave them all my cell no to call me back if they cut me off, which they did, not one of them called me back!!!!!!!!!!!!! I will also advertise this useless company and their poor workers on my social media, fb, insta etc, as I run business, so am connected with social media. I still dont have my claim, a week later, you cannot speak to anyone, how convenient. I am very disappointed in this service. They money I pay to have "this service" is unacceptable. Charice Hayes. Dont buy into this Motor Plan!!! Stay away ppl Managers, I suggest you listen to all the voice recordings this morning, 4/3/22, see for yourself how your staff handle clinets.

Disgusting Customer Care servise. Oh no wait, NO CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE.
This is what happens when a company expands, they lose touch with the important things, like COMMUNICATING, CONTACT, I have been holding on the like for Cape Town Branch (now for 3rd time) for 30 min. I have recordings of being in hold, with time frames. You cannot get through.. All our agents are currently busy, you will be attended to shortly.. whahahahaba what a joke!! You have no agent Courier Guy! You will fall, just a matter if time that ppl and companies will move away from you. Shame.

Brand Design not highly recommend
Brand design was highly recomend on fb. Well, I have had terrible service from them. They called 2 weeks ago, and just never bothered to call back. When emailing them and messaging them to follow up, they read your messages, and dont bother replying. I do not recomend them at all!

Berthas Ribs not even a Hyena could eat.
I ordered ribs yesterday, asked the waitress if they were recommended, which she highly recommend. Worst ribs ever! there was so much fat on it, I could not even cut/seperate the ribs. I even had to ask for a steak knife, which did not help! The ppl sitting at my table even were shocked and told me to return it. By this time I have lost my appetite,trying ti saw through my ribs for 5 minutes. I will never eat there again, because of this, but also because not 1 manager or anybody for that matter came out to apologize, offer me an alternate. And I arranged for over 13 ppl to eat there yesterday. Never again.It was not even fat, was like senue, and a lot of far. Be warned! Very disappointed.
