On Tuesday eve i had the worse customer experience ever!! I will never ever set foot at Berthas again! On arrival there was no one at the door, after about 5minutes the manager on duty (Estelle) eventually came and asked if we had a booking?? We said no her response was i’ll see what i can do(this is with many open spaces and empty tables inside. Eventually seated, we waited 20minutes for her to return to us and as if anybody helped us, behind us customers left and the waiter that came to the table in that time did mot even bother to ask if we were helped. The waiters were walking up and down. Estelle eventually returned not even one apology, she rather asked us if we wanted to leave as no one helped us. We got our drink after 20minutes and food after 45minutes. So sorry to say this but berthas has strong racial manners and it is so pathetic as others gets better treatment. Another customer with his family had the same experience when we arrived and also got up and told the manager about his bad experience. To Berthas everyone has the same R10 and colour does not change the value of that R10. You guys seriously need to work on your customer service. On our way out we had to look for the manager which helped us so that we can pay our bill, we couldve left just like that as there was no one yet at the door! And no one around.
