Still Receiving Marketing SMSes Despite Multiple Opt-Out Requests

I have repeatedly opted out of receiving marketing SMS messages, yet I continue to receive them. I have contacted your support team more than twice, and I have sent “STOP” to opt out over 20 times, but nothing has been resolved. This is extremely frustrating and feels like my requests are being ignored.

Please sort this out urgently and ensure that my number is fully removed from all marketing lists. I expect proper confirmation and for this issue to be addressed immediately.
