Terrible Website terrible customer service. Terrible terrible terrible!

Betway South Africa customer service is soo bad that I can swear the agents are deliberately telling customers the incorrect information so that the customers can get angry and tell the agents bad things so that the agent can then close the chat and no help the customer will their problem. This is absolutely pathetic. How can Betway employ uneducated and useless people to work for a supposedly billion dollar company?? Unbelievable. Using Betway is daylight *******!
