Worst internet service provider in the country.
Telkom and Openserve are useless. We placed an order for the openserve fibre more than a month ago and an agent called us and set up the appointment to do the installation about 3 weeks ago and no one has called or even came to the house to do anything. This is pathetic service from Telkom and Openserve. Unbelievable how bad Telkom can be.

Horrible service from Openserve.
This openserve network company is the most useless in the world. We put in an order for the new fibre setup almost a month ago and an agent called us and confirmed that the installation people will come around 3 Tuesdays ago and nobody has called us since or came to do any installation. What a terrible service! Imagine how bad the internet service will be if the guys can't even keep to their word about the installation process. Absolutely pathetic.

Not happy with Easybet
Easybet is junk. All the promises but they give you nothing even when you deposit. Too many rules. The site keeps loading and loading. The voucher hunt is lies. The site barely works around 5pm to look for vouchers so it's just a catch.

OPEN SERVE IS WAY BETTER THAN VUMATEL AND VODACOM
I just want to say THANK YOU to vumatel for wasting so much time in repairing our Fibre that we had time to find a BETTER ISP which has BETTER PRICES AND TERMS FOR THE INTERNET SERVICE. OPENSERVE IS MUCH BETTER THAN vumatel SO WE HAVE DECIDED TO CANCEL THE USELESS SERVICE WITH vumatel and vodacom and SIGN WITH THE BETTER ISP. THANKS AGAIN vumatel

VERY POOR SERVICE FROM VUMATEL.
Vumatel customer services is worse than any other service in this country. The service provided by the company as a whole is just too poor from the customer service agents to the technicians to the top level people so pathetic.
