Its almost one week that I have submitted my motor warranty claim and I have had no feedback, my car is sitting at the repairer for almost 2 weeks now with nothing, no feedback at all. My premiums were paid in full when I purchased my vehicle and every time I call in, they tell me its sitting with the claims assessor. I have submitted every single document they require, I have been patient and kind to every call center agent I have spoken to, its been way more than 48 hour turn around time and yet nothing, no feedback at all.
PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME
