I registered a claim almost two weeks ago, my car is sitting at the repairer for almost 2 weeks now. No feedback at all. I have the Diamond policy, I had a motor related issue where my car had to be towed to the nearest dealership and I have no vehicle at the moment. I am covered for 2 full years and I have been trying to be as polite as possible to every single call center agent but I still have not received any feedback as yet. I have sent an email literally begging for someone to give me feedback on my claim and I have not received a single word from Bidvest. Mind you, I submitted ALL of my claims documents last thursday and we are now approaching one week with zero feedback. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME
Its almost one week that I have submitted my motor warranty claim and I have had no feedback, my car is sitting at the repairer for almost 2 weeks now with nothing, no feedback at all. My premiums were paid in full when I purchased my vehicle and every time I call in, they tell me its sitting with the claims assessor. I have submitted every single document they require, I have been patient and kind to every call center agent I have spoken to, its been way more than 48 hour turn around time and yet nothing, no feedback at all. PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME
Amazing service , bought my fur baby Tyler from them and he has been a blessing . They are seamless and easy to use and treat their doggies and kitties so well. They are so polite and care a lot for their pets ! Love them!
I have been trying to get ahold of the mtn retentions dept for 2 damn weeks what the hell is wrong with these people ! I’ve been waiting on hold for almost two hours and nobody has assisted me The service is disgusting honestly and I have been a client since the 1990’s ***
Cell c has listed me as a slow payer and handed me over ,then got the debt back! I have been trying for 3 months in order to sort this outstanding debt out and pay it off and NOBODY IS HELPING ME PLEASE CAN SOMEONE ASSIST ME !
It's now over 4.5 months and fnb staff cannot seem to sort out an issue regarding transfers and closing of my account , there's a lady helping me but she keeps giving me different times that my issue will be sorted out but it never is , I'm thinking of getting lawyers involved because it's my money !!! These people have no regard for the lives they're affecting at all! This is ridiculous honestly
I am utterly disgusted with the service of this bank , after almost 4 months of issues with my account I decided to close my account on a Teusday (5th march 2019) it's now Friday (8th march 2019) , I've been to bank city to assist me , my personal banker couldn't also assist me , none of my online (or in bank) transfers were taking place (and my child has missed out on registration at university because of this not to mention unpaid debt ) and still there's not a single competent banker that can help me leave this bank . It's my hard earned money and people's lives this bank is playing with ! I cannot believe this
