After paying a ridiculous amount of money for Lord of Dance tickets, front frow, centre stage, we could not see anything below the knees from our seats. Quite a shock for the price. And I decided I wanted my money back. What was promised and what got delivered wasn't up to expectations. I have sat in a tiny Monte Casino theatre with better optics.
I asked for a refund over a month ago and have just been messed around with ever since. The agent helping me name is Tembalihle <Lihle@bigconcerts.co.za>. I initially got help and extremely friendly service, and then when I inquired for the first time where the money was, I was told that it takes 10-14 days. At that point, it was well over a week. Then I asked again and was told I must check my credit card statement as if I had just learnt to use a credit card. Anyone with Discovery Bank account will know how easy it is to constantly know what is coming in and out of your account. Then I asked AGAIN on Monday and radio silence, and clearly it's just now a yanking contest to see if I just lose interest to get the money back.

It's just embarrassing that I have to resort to this platform. I WANT MY REFUND!
