I recently financed my motorcycle from Jantjies who works at Bike Traders in Klerksdorp, since receiving the motorcycle I have only been given problems. Firstly the rear brakes on the motorcycle were steel on steel on the second day of having it, this is not the right way to hand over the bike. Secondly the registration papers took about 3 weeks when it should actually have only taken 7 working days, I come out of the motor industry and know how long it takes. Thirdly the bike recently started making a knocking noise and I advised Jantjies of the noise and that I was taking the bike in to get inspected, on the inspection we found that the bike wasn't serviced before I received it and that the air filter was so bad it looked like I was riding off-road. I asked Jantjies for the service history and I'm still waiting for it till today and this is not the service I want. I won't refer anyone to work with Jantjies as he just cares about the sale and not the client.

I bought a ZX10 from Jantjies in February. In April the bike broke down. The crank was completely shot. The mechanic informed me it was due to the bike not being serviced porperly. Total cost was R17800 to fix the bike. I approached Janties to ask whether or not hey could somehow compensate me and he refused. Saying if he had to do this his shop will be closed by now. I also paid R4500 for licence and registration but I never received the disc. JAnthies informed me that I need to take the disc out myself. Saying something about the bikes they sell then. I paid the costs and I lost the money. just informing others so that you don't fall into the same trap.

I purchased a bike from this dealership cash towards Christmas time December, and requested that they disclose any defects or problems with this bike. They said that there was only cosmetic issues on the one side of the fairing, I further more asked \is there anything wrong mechanically with this bike\"? They stated not only the fairing clip is broken. I requested a list or document proving that there was no defects on this bike as you would usually get when purchasing any goods. They proceeded to deliver the bike with no invoice, no receipt and no list or document showing that this bike is road worthy or in good quality. I told the salesman that on first inspection this bike is \"ok\" but i would need to have it looked as if they can't supply me with a proper check list or document stating that this bike is in safe and good working order.
I took the bike for a ride and the entire exhaust fell off, I proceeded to apply back breaks to find that they locked up as the entire mechanism wasn't right. I had been in contact with the sales man that sold me the bike to assist me and give him an idea of the problems that he needed to sort out, with no"
