Pathetic service from Mr Price Home. I ordered furniture online. The online system stated that the item was "ready to ship". 5 days later after no updates I phoned and they said it states "ready to ship" This was a "collect from store" order so I have to drive into town, so I have to plan my logistics so I can do other tasks whilst in town. No updates no, messages. I phone again, and I'm now told there is a glitch with the system so it is not updating but they can see the furniture is in Hammersdale and it should arrive at the store for collection early next week. Early next week arrives and no updated logistics, no calls, no messages, no emails. I phone again and they tell me the same thing, there is a glitch with their online system. So I request to be transferred to a manager who tells me the furniture was at the store ready for collection..3 days ago. How are Mr Price Home even in business, this is shockingly pathetic service. Their client care is non- existent. If I hadn't kept phoning I would still be unaware that the furniture was ready for collection because quote "if the system can't be updated nobody would know to contact me" how can you run a business like this? I hope you retrain your IT department and your front line staff before you lose another customer. I will deal with TEMU from now on and hopefully you will be out of business before you do any more harm to the South African consumers. Temu's logistics give you daily updates and with discounts if they do not communicate or deliver on time.They keep to their promises, Viva TEMU Viva.
Shocking sales tactics by Andrew Wettergreen, showing me doctored pictures of my own bike from another dealer at a much reduced sales price trying to low ball me... unprofessional, immoral and ********, you guys are a joke. Dont deal with these skelems.

DO NOT USE THE COURIER GUY HOWICK Absolutely appalling service from The Courier Guy Howick. Took time off to accept delivery after receiving msg stating parcel "out for delivery" correct address and contact number. Package returned to depot because driver could not deliver. Nobody contacted me, no phone calls no messages. Absolutely appalling service.
Good day On Friday 1st December around 23.00hrs my fiber comms went out. I reported the outage on Saturday morning and asked for a time line for a fix, it couldn't be provided. No confirmation of my complaint was recorded or received. I phoned again on Saturday afternoon, same response with an added that "no technicians are available"..and when asked why there was no confirmation of thr outage I was told "I have only just put the complaint on the system now"!!!!!! I phoned on Sunday morning, and was told there was still no feedback available. I phoned Sunday night..still no feedback available with an added comment of "we will only know on Monday morning when the technicians give feedback" I requested to speak to a Manager and was told nobody is available!!! I phoned Monday morning, I was told to please hold whilst they contacted the technicians to get feedback, I held for 15 minutes with no response so I cut the call. I phoned back ten minutes later and was told that they are aware of an outage (!!!) but there is no timeline or feedback available. Your App only confirmed a problem on Monday morning!!! I have never received such pathetic and unprofessional service from a company that takes my money every month. Who is running this business???? Absolutely shocking service!!!!
Woolworths are unprofessional and deliver a very poor service. Despite poor reviews of their courier company Dawn Wing they still persist in using them. They never deliver within their three day window period despite promises from Woolworths supervisers/line Managers. Woolworths provide a pathetic service to their customers, a blind man with a walking stick could deliver faster.The package is always out for delivery but it never arrives. Other courier company drivers actually phone their clients to keep them updated. Do not waste your time with Woolworths delivery services. Shocking and appalling customer service.
Absolutely shocking service from Dawn Wing couriers. They do not deliver within their three day window period, the parcel is always out for delivery, promises by supervisers/team leaders are always broken. If your retailer deals with this delivery company you will be dissapointed beyond belief, they are so unprofessional.
Geyser burst, contacted broker, received confirmation of claim number, was given name of Plumber boyz who were to contact me as a preferred supplier. Plumber Boyz office phoned me and made appointment for the next day-Friday @10.00am. They phoned me at 9.00am and said we are at your gate- this after making an appointment for for 10.00am. Plumber states that his office didn't tell him about the 10.00am appointment. Not a great start. I now have to reorganise my morning. I had previously set up a ladder and opened the access to the roof in readiness. Plumber walks in and does his inspection and states the geyser has burst and I need to pay R500 excess in cash now before he can proceed or I could do an EFT- his office would send me the banking details but it would take time to clear the payment and he cannot proceed unless payment is made ..so probably only after the weekend. They have the geyser in the van so if I give them cash now they can start today. I didn't have the cash and at no stage in the process was I told I need to pay the excess up front. I have never been asked to pay the excess up front in any of my claim dealings with OMI so I sent the Plumber Boyz away. When I relayed the events to my broker he agreed it was not acceptable and he then got claims to phone me which they did immediately. I then requested a different service provider other than Plumber Boyz for which I am currently waiting for the contact details. I felt that Plumber Boyz were virtually blackmailing me as a burst geyser is an emergency- no hot water. I could go and get the cash or wait until the EFT cleared as it was Friday- probably only on Monday so five days in total without hot water before they would attend and fit the new geyser. This "service provider" Plumber Boyz needs to be immediately removed from your panel of approved plumbers. Shocking experience and not in line with the great service I usually experience from Old Mutual Insure. How can OMI recommend this business???
