Bismillah Restaurant Fordsburg and dump!
I ordered vetetable breyani yesterday for supper. I ordered 1 medium and 1 hot The food arrived but both looked the same and smelt burnt. When I called the Fordsburg branch, the manager and Malik seemed very rude. They refused to listen and slammed the phone on me. Very poor service and rude personel.

Bismillah Restaurant Fordsburg and dump!
I ordered vetetable breyani yesterday for supper. I ordered 1 medium and 1 hot The food arrived but both looked the same and smelt burnt. Rubbish disgusting poor service
I ordered for collection today at Bismillah Melville , The welcome upon collection was very rude , unfriendly and shocking . I was asked several times is there anything else by the guy at the counter wearing a Fabiani Tshirt .I added chips and Vienna's to my order at that moment , While waiting I was asked to remove my food from the front desk while the guy in the Fabiani T shirt sits and picks his nose (disgusting) finally my extra order came the container light as a feather,i opened it while in store not more then 10 chips and 2 Vienna's .I questions the portion and all the staff members started laughing instead of checking or fixing my problem .I left only to get home and meet with hard potatoes in my briyani . I always use to buy from your restaurant but after today's pathetic service and horrible food .You will never see me in any of your restaurants ever again . Continue laughing oneday you will find yourself out of bussiness while laughing at your customers.

Ordered sweet and sour beef with rice through uber eats. Food was delivered without any rice. Called the store. Was informed they no longer serve the dish with rice. The menu clearly states "with rice". The person said, " sorry sir" and cut the call

I ordered for R600 through uber eats,the resturant packed 1/4 of my order and i had to wait another 2 hours...then i called again...they wanted my cellphone number and address...I am angry at the way they handle there service....the staff is incompetent....a true waste of time and money

Amazing food and friendly staff
I visited Bismillah Restaurant in Fordsburg to get curry and chapati takeaway (i am a fan of Indian/Pakistani dishes☺️). In just a couple of minutes, my food was ready and well wrapped. They have very friendly staff and their food is very nice. Will definitely visit again.

Terrible service and food
Today, 12 July, my wife and I decided we felt for a curry and having grown up in Cape Town, we have sampled many a curry in numerous establishments. Tonight we decided on Bismillah in Belgravia Road, Athlone, Cape Town. To our disgust and dismay, we were charged R120 and received a soup-like broth with 5 pieces of meat in it which, upon phoning them, they described as a "curry". In addition, they wanted us to return the entire curry (which we had already eaten on) before they refund us. We are extremely disgusted with their service and most of all their food and would not recommend them to anyone!
