My daughter ordered two lampshades online. They have a marble base. One came broken in half. She complained and to date received no news. That’s over two weeks
I ordered vetetable breyani yesterday for supper. I ordered 1 medium and 1 hot The food arrived but both looked the same and smelt burnt. When I called the Fordsburg branch, the manager and Malik seemed very rude. They refused to listen and slammed the phone on me. Very poor service and rude personel.
I am still awaiting the banks response They are as laid back as usual Do t care about their customers
I had my solar geyser replaced by Rimitsu CST Enterprises(who also do not seem to know what they are doing) on the 2nd of May 2024 Since then it has been spewing out hot water. I complained to Standard Bank. Nothing has been done since then Finally they refused to pay for the errors mad by their contractor. I must now pay for their poor contracted services They provide the cheapest service available. I was finally told to contact the ombudsman should i wish to proceed futher. What a poor service on the part of Standard Bank, a called reputable bank. Their services are disgusting.

The plumbers they sent out said that the previous plumbers did not connect the pipes correctly(RIMITSU)I call them daily for the problem to be solved. Since the 2nd of May 2024 no assistance has been received. I am losing water and electricity. Will standard bank compensate me for my loss? When will the issue be resolved?
i purchased a whole chicken form M2 Steers in september My entire family had food poisoning with diarrhea and vomting I have complained to the management but nothing has been said or done. Please stay away from STEERS!!!!!
The service at Incredible Connection is disgusting and pathetic, An item was returned 0n the 20th of December 2022 To date no voucher or contact was made by them. Numerous emails have been sent but no response. We have been to the store as well but the manager was of no help. one begins to wonder on the calibre of people employed! We are still waiting for them to get back to us. A useless store!! Stay away!!
Mike from edenvale was called in to fix my treadmill. He stole the parts and charged us about R3500 for repairs. He has stolen our money and parts. Do not trust this man His name is MIKE.

Mike from rear electronics is a thief. I urge the public not to do business with this thief. He stole the motor and the rollers from our treadmill. We paid him over R2000. He make false promises. We in the process of going to court. If you have been scammed by this thief please contact me. We need to imprison people like this. He is based in edenvale. Do not trust this thief
