Please never use Blomeyers Electrical repairs in Pietermaritzburg for repairs on DeLonghi products. My coffee machine is there for nearly 6 weeks. You don’t get any feed back what so ever. Over the R3000 already paid. They changed the motherboard, because according to them they can’t get an error message on my machine, after I explained in a letter which was with my machine what the error is, and it’s merely a water leak. They promise to phone back but that never happen.

Not happy that they have a flat rate of 300 to fix any appliance and they ask for a non refundable deposit of 150 and they are not willing to negotiate. My microwave stopped heating and to have it fixed came to just over 700 for 2 parts. I feel robbed.

Amazing! How wonderful to know that great service still exists. The sales assistant, Wiseman, was such a pleasure to work with. The delivery the next day was prompt and the two gentlemen so helpful and courteous. I was even called later to check if I was happy and that all the promised steps had been followed.

Can Blomyers in Pietermaritzburg get a compitent technicians who know what they are doing, I've sent my machine for repairs two weeks back, they changed everything at my expense cause they didn't know where the fault was , after that the machine is still faulty, they must get a technician who knows how to localize the fault and fix what broken not to change everythings and now they broke a pc board and they want me to pay for it.

Have had to call them 4 times this morning their repair centre phone lines are down and while trying to organise my repair they tell me they cannot because all 3 of their vehicles are broken and not in use. This is pathetic service from blomeyers and will not be using them again.

Took our food processor in as it was making an odd sound. Had to pay R250 for anyone to even look at it. Issue was central shaft, where issue was very visible. Told that this would need to be replaced and that they would contact us once they have spares. Told to take food processor home as no work needed to be done. Heard nothing from them since (2 months now), although we have called and left many messages! Today we cannot even reach the spares department anymore - reception doesn't successfully transfer to Repairs!

<p>In January 2017 i ordred a tray for a defy dishwasher for a family member. I made a full payment for the item. after amonth i still heard no word from them so i called nobody realy knew anything and said they would check and call me back. This has gone on now for six months with no tray and no money refunded. Last week i foned again and the lady told me she would refer it to the manager and he would call me back. A week later and i am still wating. My family member has now baught a tray from the manufacturer. All i want is to get the money back and never deal with Blomeyers again</p>
