I booked a ride for my parents as neither felt well enough to drive. The driver to was polite and helpful , but his car was not clean inside and in very poor mechanical condition. The driver who picked them up after claimed he had arrived before he actually got there. This meant the waiting time ran out before he even got there. I was charged extra. Once again the driver was polite and helpful but his car was in poor condition. I will not be making use of this service again if the cars are not maintained properly.
My uncle was treated in a very abusive manner by a nurse on the night staff in high care. He was tied to his bed. He rang for help several times and was ignored. When she finally came he asked for help to get to the toilet. She refused and would not even give him the bottle. He wet himself twice and she would not change the bedding. He is there because of a problem breathing. He was only given oxygen after begging. Is this the way a patient is treated at night when there is no one to watch? Thankfully his doctor arrived before the evidence was hidden and found him tied to a wet bed!
Checkers is currently running a competition. You get three chances to select a gift box. I gave it a try and I was told I had won a Toyota Corolla SUV. WOW. When I clicked to continue, I was then told I could only collect this if I let 20 friends know about the competition. I don't like doing this, but I wanted to get that car if possible. Never happened! I had to keep sending their advert - it involved a lot more than 20. Then I had to install and pay for an app. That's were I stopped. Checkers, don't tell someone they have won something and then refuse to give them their prize. People wat h out, it is a scam and nothing more.
I made the mistake of going to the Cascades branch. No greeting, told to use sanitizer. Try putting it at the front door and not on the shoe display in the middle of the shop. They seemed too busy to be bothered, so I left. Customers are obviously not important!
Amazing! How wonderful to know that great service still exists. The sales assistant, Wiseman, was such a pleasure to work with. The delivery the next day was prompt and the two gentlemen so helpful and courteous. I was even called later to check if I was happy and that all the promised steps had been followed.
In this time when businesses are shutting down you would think shop assistants would do all they can to convince you to spend money there. Obviously Miladys Cascades feels you can stay or go as you feel because they are to busy talking about their personal lives to even greet or check that you sanitized. I walked around the entire shop and saw at least two things I was interested in. No one cared enough about my presence to stop talking and check if all was ok.
My previous experience at Queenspark Cascades had been so pleasant I decided to go again. What a disappointment! I was told to sanitise my hands and those were the only words spoken to me the entire time. By the way, the sanitiser bottle was on the shoe display in the middle of the shop. Why bother spending any mo ey there if the assistants couldn't care less about your presence in the shop.
I bought a set of chairs in 2016. This year, past guarantee, they began breaking. I took photos and went to Coricraft to ask for help. Everyone was so polite. Even though they didn't need to, they decided to let me select new chairs and only asked that I pay in any difference. The level of service I received was amazing. Will recommend them to anyone looking for home furnishings.
Ordered a pocket watch on 17 September. It's now been almost 2 months and still haven't received my paid-for article. Have had several promises that delivery would be the next week. Not refunding money either. Don't ever buy from them, they steal your money.
