I used to really like Bloomable, their deliveries were on time, and even their same-day service was impressive. But my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order 8 days in advance to surprise my wife with flowers at work. Instead of a surprise, it turned into a mess. On the day of delivery, Bloomable ended up calling my wife directly, telling her to wait at work even though she had already knocked off for the day. This completely ruined the surprise.
To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful and showed no accountability. No apology, no refund, and no compensation, nothing nje! I expected better service, especially when planning ahead. Sadly, I won’t be using Bloomable again.
