Hi Nastassja and Bloomable team, Thank you so much for taking the time to personally call and hear me out. I really appreciated the opportunity to share my experience directly with you. It meant a lot that you didn’t just listen to my concerns, but also took in my suggestions and acted on them. The redelivery gesture truly goes a long way in showing that Bloomable values its customers, and I feel seen and appreciated. Thank you again for making the effort to make things right. I used to really like Bloomable, their deliveries were on time, and even their same-day service was impressive. But my recent experience was extremely disappointing. I placed an order 8 days in advance to surprise my wife with flowers at work. Instead of a surprise, it turned into a mess. On the day of delivery, Bloomable ended up calling my wife directly, telling her to wait at work even though she had already knocked off for the day. This completely ruined the surprise. To make matters worse, their customer support was unhelpful and showed no accountability. No apology, no refund, and no compensation, nothing nje! I expected better service, especially when planning ahead. Sadly, I won’t be using Bloomable again.
