Your admin and logistics and communication are pathetic! Booked the chapel more than a week ago and SPECIFICALLY mentioned we will provide our own platters. You had NO issues. Nothing was mentioned. Been speaking to your staff on more than one occasion since the venue was booked - 3 different people.

Phoned today to request a table to be moved to suit our needs, after physically being there on Sunday (STILL nothing mentioned) and all of a sudden today it is mentioned that we cannot bring our own platters. That is not the issue, if we cannot provide our own platters it is what it is..........but maybe you could have mentioned that to begin with?! As now we need to cancel the platters we had already ordered! I do not enjoy being sent from pillar-to-post....at all!

And now today, to confirm your so-called special platters.....we are told we have to be out of the venue by 12:00..... Also a first.

From my side and based on what I have experienced dealing with you being part of making arrangements, I will definitely not visit your establishment out of free will nor recommend you!
