Ever since I took my vehicle to GenX Auto the 1st time, it has been a pleasant journey. Excellent service. Knowledgeable. Professional. Extremely friendly, understanding and accommodating. Excellent and fair pricing structure too. And above all....HONEST. This is one auto repair and service establishment I can wholeheartedly recommend.
Your admin and logistics and communication are pathetic! Booked the chapel more than a week ago and SPECIFICALLY mentioned we will provide our own platters. You had NO issues. Nothing was mentioned. Been speaking to your staff on more than one occasion since the venue was booked - 3 different people. Phoned today to request a table to be moved to suit our needs, after physically being there on Sunday (STILL nothing mentioned) and all of a sudden today it is mentioned that we cannot bring our own platters. That is not the issue, if we cannot provide our own platters it is what it is..........but maybe you could have mentioned that to begin with?! As now we need to cancel the platters we had already ordered! I do not enjoy being sent from pillar-to-post....at all! And now today, to confirm your so-called special platters.....we are told we have to be out of the venue by 12:00..... Also a first. From my side and based on what I have experienced dealing with you being part of making arrangements, I will definitely not visit your establishment out of free will nor recommend you!
Bought an exterior windscreen shield online (Protective Exterior Windscreen Protective Shade – 110x220cm). After having to engage in a little bit of logistical communication, I received the parcel for collection. 1. AWESOME service 2. Honorable and awesome/ professional manner in which slight challenges were handled 3. Excellent and recommended product

Have been sending e-mail upon e-mail to get settlement figures and settlement balance certificates on a deceased estate (home loans, overdraft and whatever else) and have been waiting for ANY response way longer than your SLA's. Do I need to beg???!!! Yes, you have received ALL relevant documentation. Yes, on more than one occasion. Get your act together and be more than just a standaaaaaaard bank and execute instructions!

Pathetic brand. Stay away. 13kg top loader....bought this defective piece of ******* 2021. 26 May 2023: Incident reported. 3 June 2023: Service call closed. Technician came around and replaced a v-belt (completely worn on the sides.....also not sure how this happens in such a short space of time). 13 July 2023: Service call booked....same concern = spin cycle, water not draining. 14 July 2023: Technician came around and tested the machine. All appeared to be fine. 24 July 2023: Another service call booked. Awaiting yet another service call/ technician visit. 12 April 2024: Another service call. Same problem. And yet they continue to do service calls. Replace the defective machine!!!!
And the saga continues..... Now you want to replace the drain pipe?! You already replaced the v-belt. 2nd Service Call apparently reset something. And now the 3rd Service Call. How long do you plan to continue with Service Calls at MY inconvenience before you finally decide to replace this *******/ faulty unit???!! I'm also in the service industry with warrantees and the likes......and after the 1st attempt not succeeding, we REPLACE the product. Not keep on trying to fix this and maybe it is that. And subsequently irritating the customer and infuriating him even further. NoSense for HiSense!
Bought a 13kg Hisense top loader, 07/12/2021. Worked fine....until it started with spinning issues this year, which means....only two years after the initial purchase. Worrying. 26 May 2023: Incident reported. 3 June 2023: Service call closed. All appeared to be fine. 24 July 2023: Another service call booked. Awaiting yet another service call/ technician visit. During this weekend, we attempted to do washing. Again, water does not drain. Error code. Alarms going off. Churn the washing and water........and all of a sudden the water drains. I cannot complain about the aftersales service, but jeepers, I cannot continue like this with having to have to book service calls every two months for faulty whatevers wherever on this unit. I have requested it before and I state it again. There is something wrong with this unit and I request this faulty thing to be replaced. Enough is enough.....no more repairs and technicians....replace the useless unit. Clearly it is not working properly. I cannot have technicians coming every two months to "fix" whatever....until the warranty expires and then it is my problem, which will result in me having to buy another washing machine in any case.
