I am writing this complaint due to poor service I continue to receive from Clearwater bmw Roodepoort. Last year 2022 around April/ may my car (135M Sport 2020 model ) was taken in for tyre replacement along with wheel alignment. Upon receiving the car, I was not happy with its condition of which I took it back to bmw Clearwater to have it fixed and they say they did but still my car was not in the right condition. And so I took it back for the third time this time a technician was allocated to take a drive with me and we observed that the car was pulling towards the right side their technician said this would be the case due to poorly structured South African roads of which I disagreed because prior the car was in perfect condition. Now to my annoyance, a few months later ( in less than 10000km ) my car has been taken in for repairs with 2 front tires being damaged due to wheel alignment that was not done correctly, NOW they are refusing to take responsibility for their poor service ( assigning *********** technicians to work on my car). Now this guy called derek russel his coming up with story saying I drove my car with flat tyres, forgetting that bmw tells you if there is a flat or if tyres a not balanced . Now I need to buy new tyres because of their incompetence. 😡😡😡

I have had endless troubles with BMW Clearwater after purchasing my BMW 318i M sport from them, firstly they sold me a car with a broken fuel filler cap which they advised they would order a part and fix it till now no feedback, Next after a month of having the car the front left headlight started to fog up when i took it back they told me they cannot fix it as it is not OME BMW part and the car was resprayed. o work was done on the car. I have no idea how they can say the car was resprayed as it was around 2months after I had purchased the car. Also you can contact my insurance company to see if any claim were submitted for a respray. The only things done on the car was a steering wheel cover car mats as the mats were damaged in the car and the M badges as you can see in the video there was nothing on the car. Also see screenshot of conversation between the salesperson and myself regarding the fuel filler cap. The car also had to be taken back to the dealership as the demister was not working and till now it is not functioning properly. I have screen shots of the sales person telling me the fault on the demister is normal and the mist coming from the air vents is the sensor getting too cold and defrosting which I don't think it is true. overall a terrible experience would not recommend going here ever again

The worst bmw dealership ever , we trusted them with the repairs of the vehicle but instead they sucked money out of us for absolutely nothing. We bought new air shocks for the X5 and only took the car to BMW clearwater for computer leveling and they charged R1000 for that and we were told the car is ready for collection and drove 3 kms the car did the same thing there was a light on the dashboard and the leveling was still off. We rebooked for the car again and they now told us that the airshocks needs replacing cos the ones that we bought are fake and they charged R28000 and they called saying the car is ready for collection and we went and collected the car after driving the car the message on the dashboard comes up again and the leveling is still off and they said we should bring it back but this time around they said the issue is the front wheel level sensor which they charged R2000 and they said the car is ready for collection. After driving the car out of the dealership the the message on the dashboard comes up again only to find out when one of the technicians checked the car they found that the issue was a broken wire so all this costs was unnecessary 😢 and they refuse to refund.

Complaint against BMW Clearwater On 29 March 2021 I took my BMW to BMW Clearwater for its major service. After my BMW major service I went on a holiday on my way it indicated coolent level low. On 9 April BMW Clearwater said they must replace the water pump . I left my BMW at the BMW Clearwater dealership and needed to book a flight ticket and rental car due to the fact that my BMW was at the dealership for a second time after it’s major service. I asked Michelle Delport ( Aftersales consultant) as to why this problem was not picked up at the major service. Her response was it is my responsibility as the owner of my BMW to tell them what the problem is with my car when I book my car in for the major service. Third time on 19 April 2021 again on the road with my BMW indicated again coolent level low. I phoned Kobus Coetzee ( Customer Relationship Manager) He said “ he hears what I am saying” a phrase it seems all the staff use when I phone to speak about my problem. Kobus Coetzee said I must bring in my BMW for a third time so that they can see what is the problem. Upon my arrival today 20 April 2021 Kobus advised me that i should rather buy a Fortuner or Landrover not sure as to the reason for that comment. I am extremely unhappy with the service that I received from BMW Clearwater 1. I have been inconvenienced without any offering of a rental car due to their lack of incompetence and customer service from BMW dealership Clearwater 2. My life has been placed in danger travelling on a long road in South Africa as a woman with an unreliable car I want somebody in BMW to take response and solve this problem
