I am writing this complaint due to poor service I continue to receive from Clearwater bmw Roodepoort. Last year 2022 around April/ may my car (135M Sport 2020 model ) was taken in for tyre replacement along with wheel alignment. Upon receiving the car, I was not happy with its condition of which I took it back to bmw Clearwater to have it fixed and they say they did but still my car was not in the right condition. And so I took it back for the third time this time a technician was allocated to take a drive with me and we observed that the car was pulling towards the right side their technician said this would be the case due to poorly structured South African roads of which I disagreed because prior the car was in perfect condition. Now to my annoyance, a few months later ( in less than 10000km ) my car has been taken in for repairs with 2 front tires being damaged due to wheel alignment that was not done correctly, NOW they are refusing to take responsibility for their poor service ( assigning *********** technicians to work on my car). Now this guy called derek russel his coming up with story saying I drove my car with flat tyres, forgetting that bmw tells you if there is a flat or if tyres a not balanced . Now I need to buy new tyres because of their incompetence. 😡😡😡

What I don’t understand they’re refusing to take responsibility for their poor service. And they’re now telling me that all this is because I drove my car with flat tyres, what I don’t understand is how because my car tells you if there is a flat or if tyres are not balanced (135m sport 2021 model). As bmw customer I spoke to bmw South Africa concerning this matter, they’re not doing anything instead they’re also supporting what bmw Clearwater is telling me without doing their investigation and understand why my tyres got damaged as if I’m the one who’s at fault.
<p>In 2014 I applied for a house at Witpoortjie ext 52 that was approved by the bank. I then signed a contract(for the house) with Calgro M3 lawyers in July of 2014 . We agreed on a R200 000 deposit. They promised to start building the house three months later (Oct-2014). They kept postponing every three months after that. I was then notified that the delay was because I hadn't paid the deposit, which I paid in January 2016. Building was set to start immediately after that (according to the agent). I have been waiting for the house to be built and completed to date since 2014. I always call to receive updates on the progress and now they don’t even reply my calls or emails. There is hardly ever communication initiated from their side (Calgro or the agent) to update me on anything. Now I don’t even know exactly when are they going finish the house, cause its been 3 years and think all they wanted was to use my money to make profit for themselves. And currently I am renting and im also paying bond for the house that I don’t have. I am not even sure, I will enjoy my house when they decide to finish building it and I will not advise anyone to purchase with calgro m3.</p>
Ever since the beginning of this money, I've been trying to go to the internet using my mobile WiFi and it keeps on giving me the error message saying THIS PAGE CANT BE DISPLAYED. I called cell c customer service now they are telling me that I've used all my data that I didn't even get from beginning. I have 4 accounts with cell c and I always get a poor / bad service from this useless network. Is this what am I puying for poor service from the this useless network I'm even thinking of cancelling all contracts that I have with this useless network
