Incompetence

I went to BOA Beauty Bar in Buitengracht Street for the very first time last week Friday. I usually go to Claremont and they always do an exquisite job, however, due to lack of availability at Claremont, I had to book in town this time around.

Firstly, the nail tech (her name was Linda) filed my flesh until it bruised (mind you, this has never happened at Claremont and I've been going there for almost a year now, with a different nail tech doing my nails each time).

Secondly - and the main reason I am writing this review - they let me go w/o checking that my gel had dried properly on my hands. I noticed 2 fingers were still sticky when I got home and the following day they chipped.

I called on Sunday afternoon and they allowed me to come fix it. It's now only 2 days later (Tues) and 1 of the very same fingers is starting to chip off again.

NEVER HAVE I EVER!

I am sticking to Claremont next time shame - I am very thanks!
