Negligence!!! Negligence!!! Bad Service

This company/ burial scheme does not even deserve a single star rating due to their incompetent administration.

I took up a policy with them and have been making my monthly contributions religiously and only last week it's been brought to my attention that there was a mishap/ negligence on their part that my cover only started in January of 2023. Their Admin lady / consultant (Lindiwe) is forcing me to understand that this was an error and need to accept that I will be on waiting period before my cover is effective. Why am I being crucified for their mistakes and God forbid anything happens to my loved ones this means I won't be cover.

Can Lindiwe and her Team fix their mess and get my policy in order I am not going to be put on waiting period , PERIOD!!!!! Kindly effect my policy as per our contractual agreement!!
