MultiChoice consultants(Thaba Ndlovu) refuses to fix their incorrect billing on my account despite me sending POPs. Their WA chatbox said I owe R508.00 for July 01st due date and I paid it in two parts but now surprisingly I owe an additional R50.00
I am not happy with TAKEALOT. On the 5th of July 2025 i login to access my Voucher worth R500.00 which I had loaded sometime in Late December 2024 or early January 2025 . I had to use it for my son's birhday gift purchase which was on the 06-07-2025 but to my surprise the Credit amount Voucher of R500.00 has miraculously Disappeared from my Account . I have never used the voucher so please tell me where did my R500.00 credit voucher go to.
Hollard, says I owe them R856.99 Can you ,please check with Lutendo Ramanala whom I have been sending all of my POP'S to via email . On the 9th of June '25 I emailed him Proof of payments , the same day I received this disturbing SMS that I owe Hollard. Lutendo gave me NEDBANK Banking Details to pay into which are as follows: NEDBANK Current Acc: 1454*****2 B/code: 145405 Since that morning of the 09th , he has not given me any update. Please , check with your employee Lutendo Ramanala , recon my Funeral policy account and kindly email me feedback. What Terrible service 😑 constantly have to beg for account statement updates.
I phoned the Call Centre at FoneYam this after being unable to open/unlock my fone using the same pin I've been using and consultant could not help instead she told to take it back to the shop. I asked her if I would a replacement phone since I made a payment this morning, her answer was no. How is that one cannot get assistance remotely from your office. I need this resolved please or my money back. When I swipe the screen up ( Your password contains 4 characters, including at least one letter) . I have never used a 4 characters pin/password for that matter. The phone lick is a 5 digits pin. I've never missed a payment with this contract.
Shameful! Unprofessional! Poor , poor customer service. I have been requesting to sent a transactional statement of all my contributions since I am cash paying client. I have been emailing Hollard for the past 3weeks only to receive a reply that my query is acknowledged but nothing is happening This is now week#4 waiting on this document. It's funny how they are so quick to flood your inbox with messages on late payments and yet they can't deliver a simple printed document. I'm just wondering what happens with their claim payments.. Maybe I should start shopping around for another Service Provider!

If I could give more STARs I would for the exceptional service that I have received after my registration. I was kept informed throughout on when my study material would be couriered and can I tell you it arrived 3days earlier than the *expected date* . I am regular shopper online 2U shopper at SPAR The Market , Florida Junction in Florida, JHb but on the 28-03-24 I just decided to pop-in at the store and Wow! The deals were nothing short of 🤩!! I spent well over a (R1108.00) on items that could have cost me well over R2000.00 or more. More than anything I would like to say extend a " BIG THANK U" to Justin , the gentleman at the till point where I was paying for going the Extra in ensuring that I get the "SPAR" brand margarine which formed part a "Combo deal". The said item was sold-out however he went all the way to the back office and to my surprise he returned with the item and he made sure that I got the combo deal".
City Power Call Center Consultants. On the 12th of November 2023 I made endless telephone calls to this unhelpful, inefficient contact centre requesting for assistance to get a replacement on the recharge device meter loading machine as I had purchased an electricity recharge voucher but when came the time I had to load it the keypad was not key-in the numbers it's not a voucher error but a Faulty device. I was issued with Ref nr: Cp3087767 and must have spoken to 4 different Call Center Agents each promising an escalation to my surprise I woke up this morning to follow up only to ge told that the Technician had the "wrong address" mind you I confirmed my address in each of those telephone calls I made I called again now following today's "address " issue out to be told that there was no call logged for my query!!! I am without electricity for close to 24hrs now because of inept staff working for the CityPower!!! A zero star is what you deserve honestly!!
Tasty Gallos Woodmead. 1 star is not even worth the quality of food I ordered!! What a terrible, terrible Food order I received today.. I ordered via the Uber Eats. I was guaranteed fresh, warm tasty food but all I received was an order of Cold fries, cold burger ,somewhat stale bun with no sauce.. What a bad taste in my mouth .. All my money to waste!!!!!
