Good day, I ordered take away food on the Bolt App 12:45 pm today to my surprise the driver who seemed to be extremely lost called me twice asking for my address (insisted me the customer provide the takeaway address to him where he should have collected at and have known) which was on the app btw as I have been a client for maybe 2 years or more. When I confirmed after 2 hours, I have not received the parcel - Winston - the consultant insisted that I am billed as I did not provide correct information??? and then refuse to provide a credit - (even though his colleague agreed to pass a credit on my profile now such disrespect is the very reason service lacks in this county and from here he refuses to respond after the money was debited off the account and I have not received the order, so please Winston who is actively engaging via the Bolt App and clearly lacks manners - first check and investigate details before you make decisions - this is not on and this is not how business is done - I work from home and nobody was in front of my house delivering, I asked for his manager to call back and he does not want me to chat to his manager.
